We worked with John T. Orcutt and we had been back and forth on if we should do the bankruptcy. After a year we went ahead and filed. We came across a very knowledgeable individual there Joe Nichols. He was able to really help us out we didn't know how the process would work out and he was able to walk us through the process with great expertise. We would like to thank Joe and the John T. family for giving us a piece of mind.

Ok, so let me tell you about these guys. First and foremost i want to say that they will help you understand what you’re going in to. There are so many components to the process and they will 100% percent keep you in the know. Tara is just as lovely as she can be and Tina Moore is one of the sweetest ladies you will ever meet. I chose the Raleigh office and very happy I did. Everyone was friendly and made me and other nervous customers feel at ease. My first meeting was with Tara Peppers. I walked in feeling defeated and embarrassed. After meeting with Tara and reviewing my options I left feeling hopeful. I chose to proceed and worked with Joseph Nichols. He knows his stuff and walked me through every step. He was always friendly and quickly answered any question or concern I had. I highly recommend the Raleigh office and if you can request working with Joe, do so!

Everyone was polite, courteous, and helpful in helping me during the process. Special thanks to Tina Moore for being patient and working with me to get everything I needed. I have to rate the Law Offices of John T. Orcutt as a 5 star organization. The staff really helped me understand my pros and cons to filing bankruptcy, the facts and myths of bankruptcy and the complete process of what to expect. Joseph Nicholas who helped me on this journey is very forthright and trusting. I am confident that my lawyer will help me with any questions or concerns I have in the future during this period. Nothing but praise so far the staff.

My experience with the John Orcutt law office has been a good one. Everyone I have come in contact with has been professional and polite. I especially found Joe Nichols to be very patient, and he was able to answer my many questions clearly, so that I understood the whole procedure. I would recommend this office to anyone who finds themselves in the same situation.

The offices of John Orcutt were great to go and do my bankruptcy. However Joe Nichols was amazing he made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process and also made me realize I wasn’t a bad person for going bankrupt. I wish I found him years ago. I went to a lawyer when I was losing my home to try and save it through bankruptcy and he made me feel worthless and could do nothing for me. Thank you Joe xo!!! Maria wake county...
