Bankruptcy is never an expected event. However, this law office made me feel at ease. Tina is the most valuable person at the office. Her expertise and in depth explanations made me feel better about the process. She is very helpful and goes way above what she should. I could contact her anytime and she would answer all of my questions, even though I'm sure I asked the same questions more than once. The law office was friendly. I completed trusted them with my case and I was not disappointed. I would recommend this office in particular to anyone needing assistance.

It was great experience at John Orcutt law office. All the staff members were excellent. Here I would like to mention a few names. Tina was awesome. She helped me thoroughly. I appreciate her help. It was nice of her to go out of the way to help me. Then is Tara. She was the first one to help me. It was my first time coming to law offices for bankruptcy and she made me feel very comfortable and helped me. I thank her for that. Then is Barbara. She was very nice and made me feel confident. I thank her too. Then was Cheryl. She was very helpful in her own way. I appreciate her thoughtfulness too. I thank all the staff and finally to Lee who would be my attorney and he made me feel really relieved by saying he cannot say no problem but certainly would see to it that that should not be one. Hello Mr. Orcutt, My name is Sefronia Strum , I have a complaint, on your Post Legal Rep Charlene in the Raleigh Office. She has no personality what so ever. Each time I have called with questions/concerns since filing for bankruptcy she acts as if its a bother to her. Unfortunately, due to a chronic medical illness I had to file bankrupcty its not because I wanted to. (if she most know). I called last month reference a letter I received in the mail regarding $250.00 attorney fee, to be directed to another office in Wilson and I left a message for Joanne Thorpe (if I remember correctly, I dont have letter in front of me) I did not receive a call back, so I called the Raleigh office back to speak with Charlene regarding other questions I had about my claim. She answered again she doesnt make you feel welcome. So, I called the Garner Office and spoke with Kelly whom was helpful in answering my questions. Well, this morning March 21st, regarding another letter I received in the mail on yesterday in reference to the $250.00 attorney for Motion of Dismissal fee. I was transfered to the Garner office and Receptionist very friendly, advised I needed to speak with Charlene, so she transfered me to the Raleigh office. I speak with Charlene and advised of the letter I received yesterday in the mail ( Order to award an additional attorney fee $250.00 and to extednd the duration or increase my monthly fee) I wanted clarity because I needed to know how to budget the $250.00 fee into my monthly expenses. Again, she has not personality and rude. Telling me she know what the letter says and etc. I am asking her questions and trying to get an understanding of letter(s) . Before, I let her get me out of my character and become rude back, I just hung up the phone. Sefronia Strum

We dreaded having to file bankruptcy. It wasn’t a decision we made lightly. We were scared, nervous, and embarrassed. The John Orcutt Team ( especially Miss Tina M. ) was very professional and explained everything in a thorough manner, took the time to answer all our inexperienced questions ( and we had a lot ) sorry Tina 😳.
