Filing for bankruptcy was something I never thought I would do, eventhough I had been struggling for so long paying my bills with nothing left over to take care of other necessities. One night a commercial from John Orcutt caught my attention. It continued to linger in my mind for weeks until one day I heard it again, wrote down the phone number and made the call. The person on the phone was so pleasant and set me up with an appointment. I kept my appointment and met Mr. Joe Nichols who became a life line for me. I did everything he recommended. He handled everything for me from that point on. He reassured me that what I was about to do was not a bad thing. I listened to him and I am so happy that I did. Now I can Pay my bills and have some extra money to take care of necessities. Thank you for making my life easier.

The staff at John T Orcutt are excellent and worked hard, each greeting you with a smile. I worked with Taylor Govan and she made sure I understood everything and the process wasn't stressful for me. A big weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

Nikki West is my post legal paralegal. She is amazing. She is very curtious and professional. She is either there to take my call or is very good about returning my calls or emails if she was not available at the time of the call. My paralegal before Nikki was not very good. She was not there to answer my calls or emails. I had just about given up regarding communication with post legal. I was thrilled to be reassigned to Nikki after the other paralegal left. I would recommend Nikki as your paralegal if you get the choice. John Orcutt's staff have been great other than the paralegal before Nikki. They explain everything and understand how you feel and what you are going through.

I loved the place except the negative experience with Tina's fill in person(Taylor).

Doug filed several years ago. The help received then was timely and very personable. Since filing he had a serious and very major life change with an above the knee amputation and a double arterial bypass. This started in May of 2018 and was hospitalized through December 4th. This battle was so very hard and we both made it through. Although we worried about being able to keep our home. NIKKI WAS AMAZING! This office helped us through a very difficult time. We cannot ever thank the Law Office of John T. Orcutt enough. Through so many emails and phone conversations and tears I dealt mostly with Nikki. Thank you so very much for always keeping it thoughtful and helpful . Never once were we made to feel less than in any way. We still have a very long road ahead of us. But we will make it. Thank you so very much.

Wonderful experience with Joe Nichols. I had a few consultations before I choose John Orcutt office and mone of the other ones could compare. They made me feel like I was the worst person in the world because of financial issues. I never felt that way with Joe. He made me feel like I was just another person that had some bad luck in the past and things happen. He went into everything in detail and told what to expect through the whole process. I would highly recommend this office to anyone that needed to fill bankruptcy. .
