My first encounter was with Nilah Chobot for my initial consultation. She was very professional, kind, and non judgmental to the point of my feeling very comfortable. My case paralegal was Tina Moore. Tina was also very professional, had empathy, answered all my questions, kept in touch by email, which was refreshing and timely. I most certainly was appreciative. Last but not least the Secretary, Barbara Rivers, was most pleasant & kind by giving me info over the phone before setting my appointment. The whole process has been flawless thanks to the staff.

There was only ONE document I needed to turn in to be done with my case. Something happened in the mail and it didnt get to me until AFTER 5PM on Friday 06 Sep 19. I got it and furiously ran to the N. Raleigh office to turn it in and not have my case dismissed. Jennell Raynor (who was off of work and just sitting in her car) took my document into the closed office and turned it into Charlene E. (WHO IS WONDERFUL BTW). Her graciousness was unmatched. She did NOT have to even talk to me in the parking lot, but she did, she understood and she helped me. I cant THANK her enough for that act of kindness. Please keep employees like Jennell and Charlene. They make the process a little bit less scary!!

I had a great experience when I visited the Law Office of John T. Orcutt. I filled out my forms online and when I came into the office they quickly were able to assist me. I worked mostly with Joseph Nichols. Joe was great!!! He was great in answering any questions that I may have, assisted me throughout the whole process, stayed on top of any issue that came up and was very quick to respond throughout the whole process.
