I would ask everyone who is need of a wonderful legal team to call the office of John T Orcutt. The staff there is highly qualified and eager to help. Most of our interaction was done with Taylor Govan , who is a first-
rate bankruptcy paralegal. She answered all of our questions and anticipated more She is very cheerful and so professional

This is my 2nd review-1st one was a great one for the Gso office who got us started. Wanted to add a big THANK YOU to Paralegal Patty Cherigo for all her prompt help when needed & to Benjamin Busch our attorney. It is such a relief for me and my husband-we both had to take retirement due to medical issues and the bills were piling up. Thumbs up to John to Orcutt!

The Raleigh Office is wonderful. I first met with Tara Peppers. She is is professional, friendly and emphatic. Tara explained the information she would need and what to expect. I then met with Joe Nichols. Joe is professional, courteous, answered my questions and explained everything in detail. The entire staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. I would recommend the Raleigh Office to anyone.

Tina Moore made this such an easy process. I was devastated to have to go the bankruptcy route but they made it painless and helped constantly through all the paperwork. Wish I hadn't needed to visit this office but in the end I am so glad I chose this Office.

Tina Moore who I worked with in completing my case for filing is a five star. There's a lot of anxiety that builds up with filing bankruptcy but Tina was very informative and knows her stuff. I feel like I can breath again thank you Tina and all staff members for getting me through the initial major part of yhid process.
