Joseph is the greatest

My family's experience with Orcutt was outstanding. In a short period of time in 2017-2018, my family's life flipped upside down with the unexpected death of a family member (aging parent that wasn't financially prepared), and shorty thereafter our teenage son was diagnosed with Type I diabetes. Large, unexpected medical expenses and other debts caught up with us in a big way and Orcutt's team helped put together the type of Chapter 13 repayment plan we needed at the time to put things back on the right track for us again. I can't thank Anna enough for working with both my mother-in-law and later myself at in-take, and then Joe N (our Paralegal) was a consummate professional to help us through the next phase of collecting A LOT of information needed to file our case. He was absolutely outstanding to work with every step of the way, and calmed our fears and concerns when it was needed most! I highly recommend Orcutt if you need to seek legal advice on financial difficulties.

Three times in a meeting that took about an hour, hour and a half, Tina Moore had me in tears. HAPPY TEARS! Talk about life changing. I was terrified to file bankruptcy but a garnishment left me with little options. Well, I now consider that garnishment a blessing in disguise because it lead me to the Law Office of John T. Orcutt and Tina Moore, the PHENOMENAL Paralegal handling my case. She walked me through every step, every form, teaching me tons of things I didn't know about bankruptcy. I've since recommended Tina Moore and the law office to tons of family and friends. Two have already scheduled appointments.

Due to a physical attack resulting in a mountain of medical bills, I found myself falling farther and farther behind. At risk of losing my vehicle and smothering daily stress, I made the decision to reach out for help . From the start with Anna downstairs to finishing up with Joe Nichols upstairs, I was treated with a surprising level of kindness and respect. Obviously no one wants to find themselves in the position of making this decision, but if you do, this office will hold your hand through the entire process. I was treated like family here, I couldn't be more thankful for the help I received.

I had the pleasure of working with Tina Moore. She was awesome! I was a little afraid going in because of all the paperwork that I had to fill out. Tina was able to put my mind at ease and got me through the whole process. I that God that I was able to meet such wonderful people at John T. Orcutt. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help. We were going back and forth about making the decision to file for bankruptcy. The staff at John Orcutt has your best interest at heart and directs their clients based on their specific needs. Tina Moore was kind and compassionate and is definitely a great asset to this organization. She definitely contributed to making this a less stressful process always being attentive and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. This law office is very professional, everyone in the building is very helpful. I got the pleasure to work with marymegan , Taylor and joe Nichols.
