Extremely professional as well...thanks to your office we can now live a debt free life!! Highly recommend to anyone drowning in debt!

Omg...the staff was awesome professionals, attentive, prompt and very nice!:)Tara,Brandy,Anna, and Amber were super nice and on point with everything. I had to get everything done quickly and they were on their job to make my transition smooth, easy, and quick. If only the world worked like they did with my case and situation. I can describe my incredibly pleasant experience with John T. Orcutt Law Offices using two names...Kelly and Charlene. Kelly & Charlene were so personable & responded to my emails and/or questions so quickly. The "Fantastic Call" from the law firm stating that my bankruptcy was complete right before Christmas was just unbelievable. The firm and its Trustees just wanted to make sure I had a Great holiday...still can't believe it and can't help but smile when I think about that day!!! :) Thank you All so very much for holding my hand through a very difficult time...you've changed my life and that of my family as well. I came to the Law Offices of John Orcutt after a separation to see about my options in bankruptcy. Joe Nichols was my paralegal and I couldn’t be happier with the service he gave me during a scary time for me. I had been putting it off for quite some time because I was so nervous over the process. I’m really lucky to have been assigned to Joe because he was incredibly helpful, caring and just all around awesome. I felt so comfortable and reassured because of him, almost like talking to a friend of mine who happen to be a paralegal. He really is the best. Great office and experience I highly recommend it!

I was extreamly nervous going into the offices of John Orcutt but the staff made me at ease. As fate woulld have it I was able to work with Tara Pepper. We had met a few days earlier where I work not knowing that she was part of your Firm. She was very knowledgable, professional and was a pleasure working with her. That made me feel more comfortable that I chose your law offices.

Going with the Law office of John Orcutt was a great decision. Two easy appointments and the stress over my finances was lifted. Nilah Chobot the first paralegal I met with put me at ease as we went through my finances. My second visit, once I had made my decision to do chapter 13, was with Joe Nichols. I felt like I could really trust Joe, he understood what I was going through and that I was making a good decision taking this big step. I already referred two of my friends to them.

Tara helped me tremendously! Last night was the first night I was able to sleep without getting up at 3am to cry before my son got up for school since this whole ordeal started. I appreciate everything you guys are doing for me!
