I was feeling hopeless when I walked into the office but was immediately put at ease by the friendliness of the receptionist. When I was taken back to consultation I had the pleasure of working with Tara. Not only did she make me feel comfortable and ease my anxiety, she actually had me laughing. I left feeling relieved and like I actually made a friend.

Not sure how other clients felt when they first decided that they needed to file bankruptcy however, I was so nerves and had so many questions. When I first made that initiate call they made me feel so at ease. As the process went on Joe Nichols talked me through everything. Joe made me feel that he had my best interest at heart. He explained everything and constantly asked me if I had any questions. Joe really made this process so much better for me. Joe is truly a gem.
