We had an a very good experience at this office dealing with Anna! She made us feel so comfortable during a VERY uncomfortable time in our lives. It has truly been a pleasure working with all of the individuals involved with the process of helping to save my home. It was a Godsend, a true blessing. I could not ask for a better experience. I had a very pleasant experience working with everyone at John T. Orcutt. From my initial appointment all the way through to the bankruptcy hearing. My case manager Joe Nichols was extremely helpful, responsive, and kind. I feel my case was handled well, quickly, and I was guided step by step through a difficult process with ease. I was very upset and scared about talk with someone about my issues. But when i walked in the office i was made very comfortable and when i meet Anna Ruiz and talked with her she helped me understand the whole process of the deal and walked me though everything i didn't understand. I had a great experience working with Tara Pepper. My situation had to be taken care of very fast and she saw that I was upset and feeling very low. Tara gave me my options while at the same time letting me know that I didn't have to feel bad and that I am a good person. Tara is very very good at what she does and anybody needing help should go see her and you will be in the best hands. I swear tonight is the first time in a long time I am able to sleep good. Thank you Tara and John Orcutt.
