I would like to take a moment to Thank You for the services I received from your Raleigh office. This was a very emotional time for me, yet Anthony Rhodes was quick to assure me that I wasn't alone. After speaking to Anthony I felt extremely satisified that I was making the right decision by selecting your office. Joe Nichols was beyond helpful and reassured me that I would be assisted every step of the process. He was very professional and courteous. He was always available to answer my questions and concerns. At a time when I was at my lowest, Anthony and Joe uplifted me when I needed it the most. I was absolutely petrified of the word Bankruptcy. I didn't know what to do I was in a heck of of a mess. So I called the Law Office of John T Orcutt. I figured worst case scenario was they could say "No" we can not help you. At my first appointment at the Law office of John T. Orcutt I sat down and talked with Tara Peppers. We came to John Orcutt's office for help with debt relief from a business we had to close and met with Joseph Nichols. He was wonderful, very friendly and very knowledgable about everything we needed to ask. He made us feel comfortable and never made us feel rushed. We had our final meeting to sign the papers and it was such a great experience. Joe Nichols never made us feel like we had done something wrong or that we were bad people for filing Bankruptcy.
