19 years ago I received my divorce decree in the mail. In that decree was a provision that I would receive a portion of retirement benefits. However, since there was no QDRO completed at the time of the divorce (be sure to get this done!) I was unable to receive any retirement benefits. Despite COVID lockdowns, Brandy Maas did such an outstanding job!! I was encouraged to go forward to establish my rights and today I can tell everyone that my divorce is finally FINISHED.
