I used Martin for my dissolution. He was very professional and informative in this process. I was hiring a private judge to handle the whole thing out of court. Martin has done this process in the past. During the preparation the pandemic started. We had to modify the way things were done and everything went smoothly. We used the zoom chat for the hearing and all went well. I highly recommend using Martin for your needs.

I am a repeat customer! Martin has handled several things for me with the biggest being my divorce. He guided me every step of the way and was even able to keep it out of Franklin County for personal reasons. When the stay at home order was issued he made it possible for us to continue with divorce using video conferencing.
He is my go to attorney for all family and personal affairs. His rates are fair and is understanding of the law is impressive.

I originally contacted Martin in 2019 because I was in the middle of a Terrible split from my sons father who was trying to take me to court for custody. I’m a young single mother and was new to everything and Martin walked me through everything and told me everything I needed to know and what I needed to expect. He’s very professional, efficient and very helpful. If by some chance I will ever need to seek legal advice or help I will always choose Martin.
