Martin Baba represents me in a Ch. 7 Bankruptcy procedure. This was a difficult and uncomfortable decision for me. Martin Baba made the process simple and manageable for me. He emailed me with a list of needed information over several days instead of giving me an overwhelming list to maneuver through by myself. He was professional, easy to reach and easy to understand. As someone without any background in law I was very nervous but he was able to explain everything respectfully and clearly. I feel confident now going forward with his help. He was also easy to reach and responded on a reasonable time period.

I’m 34 Years old and have never filed before. I have a very good job and was under the income threshold for a chapter 7 due to my work depending on weather events kicked me over the limit. I was staying afloat paying my minimums and keeping all my bills current but could not get out of a hole I got myself in after being diagnosed with Cancer back in 2014 on top of my student loans, rent, vehicle, and normal living expenses.
