I have had the pleasure of working with this wonderful lawyer. I recently went through a tricky dissolution and Doug was able to help me work through every step and obstacle that came up. I chose Martin Baba, Esq. to handle a name change problem. He explained the process necessary to get the problem resolved. He filed papers with the court in a timely manner to get a court date. I used Doug Dougherty for my divorce in June 2010. I have found out over the years how well my divorce was written and handled with interactions between us and my husband's attorneys at the time.
