I recently had to go through the somewhat intimidating task of estate planning. Golowin Legal and Russ Golowin made everything easy to walk through and approachable and even provided an easy organized binder with everything in it once done. Would highly recommend.

The easiest process and now I feel at ease day to day knowing all is lined up should something happen to me so my kids will be taken care of and they don't have to go through the court system at all. Mr. Golowin is top notch and knows his stuff with being able to explain it clearly to us. And if we ever have modifications later, seems to be easy to be able to adjust as our lives change through the years. I have already recommended him and his team to some of my friends and would highly recommend to anyone that does not have a living will in place!

I recently worked with Russ to update estate documents for my Aunt who had relocated to Columbus. Russ did an excellent job of explaining the documents to her in a clear and understandable manner. The documents were created in a timely basis and the fees were reasonable. Russ previously completed the estate documents for my wife and me and has also worked with another of our family members. I highly recommend Russ.

Originally, I thought that setting up an estate plan would be a nightmare, something I tried to avoid. But as we all know, it is the responsible thing to do and really must be done.

When we decided that it was time to update our estate planning documents, Mr. Golowin was a tremendous help. He made this often confusing and stressful task much less intimidating. He was very easy to talk to as he answered all of our questions in terms we could understand. He made a number of good suggestions that helped us as we completed the documents.
