I attended a presentation at my place of employment. It focused on what documents need to be organized in an easy to access way for survivors as well as the differences between survivorship and probate. I found it very informative and has motivated me to begin organizing my important documents better as well as how to help make it easier for surviving families when theme should come. Mr Golowin is very easy to discuss things with, his explanations are clear and questions answered were easy to understand.

My wife and I scheduled a meeting with Russ Golowin recently to just update our wills. Russ does estate planning and we didn’t realize the meeting included a detailed presentation about estate planning. At first, we were skeptical as we only wanted wills, but as Russ presented the information about estate planning, we were surprised how little we knew about this topic and how exposed our estate would be upon any debilitating sickness or our deaths. Russ was casual and humorous in our meeting, which made us feel comfortable, but he was very professional in his presentation. He took the time and patience to explain everything in detail and answered all of our questions in layman terms including examples of how each segment could affect us. Not only did he update our wills, he provided us with financial and health powers of attorney and living wills all presented to us in a neatly organized 3 ring binder. The cost for all this work was reasonable. We thank Russ for the time and education he provided us. We highly recommend Russ and will use him for any future needs.
