From the beginning I was MIA for 2 or 3 court dates due to a 6 month rehabilitation program , immediately after the program i left the state of NJ to be my mother's care giver then finding out i had 3 serious bogus charges pending not knowing if or what kind of public defender i was going to haverepresent me , Ms Hanan A. Boules informed me that she was my public defender for 3 separate charges with 3 failure to appear in court and still represented me thoroughly! I should also add that during the first hearing the judge at the time highly recommended Ms Boulos as a public defender during the second hearing Ms Boulos quickly had all the bogus charges dropped! And expunged from my record!

I reached out to Cari for legal assistance after my ex-husband served me with demands for an out-of-state visitation agreement for our teenage daughter. At the time, I had full physical/legal custody and my daughter was against the proposed travel schedule.

I chose this law firm (specifically Adam Moskowitz) based on a referral from my Financial Advisor at Charles Schwab. From my initial telephone conversation with Adam, I felt relaxed, very comfortable, and certain that I had made the right decision. I needed Adam and his team to put together a comprehensive Estate Plan for me...which would include my Will, a Revocable Trust Agreement, an Advance Medical Directive, and Power of Attorney. I also needed advice and guidance on a few other matters relating to my 'estate'. Once all of the documents were drawn up, I physically met with Adam and his team. Adam was extremely patient, listened to all of my concerns, and explained everything in 'basic' terms....taking as much time as I needed to review and understand the entire process and all of the legal documents that I was signing. I received my first DUI this past November and thought i had ruined my life. I reached out to Jeff Gold shortly after and he assured me that it was not the end of the world. Jeff immediately got me to start working a program that would turn my life around, not just fight the DUI. I began attending AA meetings and working with therapists to try and change my relationship with alcohol. After three months of work and diligence i was able to get my sentence reduced! I reached out to Attorney Jordan's Office and left a Message. She soon returned my just to let me know that she wasn't able to help me with recovering a Judgment. But, what she did do was advised me of some resources that would allow me to get the help I needed. She spoke to me for close to 1 hour about my issue, and although I offered to pay her ...she instead told me what she would do and suggested that I follow up on my own. I have never experienced an Attorney turning down money...I was given direction, complete with numbers to resources that will assist in handling my needs..
She will be my attorney for my elderly legal needs. Attorney Jordan will be the first Attorney I will consider for all NYC real estate needs as well.

Daron Satterfield loves his job. I wouldn’t have it for love or money, but here is a man who truly loves his work. Here is my story.
I sold some land in 2018 in Durham County. The real estate agents Alex Rivers and David Balon did, by way of deception, caused me to sign an agreement with them while under contract to another agency. They told me that their lawyer, Josh Whitaker, said that I did not receive “adequate compensation”. As a result of this advice, I told the first party that I had not received adequate compensation and signed with Alex Rivers and David Balon of ReMax. Within six days or less, a lis pendens or “suit pending” was filed against the land. That action froze my land and put me into a state of severe depression.
I hired Kenneth Haywood, a lawyer from the agency of Howard Stallings From Atkins Angell and Davis in Raleigh. I paid him $7500. We went to mediation, all to no avail as I told Haywood. Nothing else was done except for more billing, up to nearly $13000. I refused to pay any more and he quit!~
Daron took on the job at short notice, sat up all night and found case law and president that allowed my effort to continue. We went to court and he was astounding in his remarks to the jury, and his cross examination of this swine. It took about 90 minutes for the jury to find in my favor. Daron is a man you can trust, and one who believes in service to those in need, and I can tell you from the heart that that was me.

I was looking for a potential lawyer for a breach of contract case and came across Nathan on avvo. I sent an email to his firm describing my situation and we scheduled a phone call during which Nathan explained where I stand, my options and having that information made it very easy for me to plan my next step. I ended up not hiring Nathan because from an option stand point hiring a lawyer doesn't really make sense. If I need to hire a lawyer in the area on Nathan's firm I would be going there first, he is great.
