I have recently completed a very important legal matter with the support of the Law Office of James Newell.
I needed to get a legal easement agreement created in order to legally access my property which is at the end of a private access road that passes through multiple neighboring properties.
Over the course of about a year James, with his legal experience and knowledge, guided me through the proper steps and necessary tasks to complete an easement agreement with my neighbors, in order for me to obtain legal access to my property.
There were a number of setbacks during the process and James was always ready to offer insight, possible alternatives and solutions, and ultimately my legal matter was resolved, which is what matters most. I now have legal and recorded access to my property thanks to James and I am extremely grateful to him for his legal services.

We just completed a much necessary amendment and restatement of our Family Trust, which was originally drafted over 30 years ago. Life developments (family affairs, economic factors, health issues, estate laws etc.) are ever-changing and mandate frequent reassessments to assure that our estate and last wishes will be properly attended to. Mr. O'Neal seems very knowledgeable, however, my experience was not great. I submitted several documents prior to my first consultation the secretary failed to inform me that a piece of information was crucial in order for Mr. O'Neal to give me precise guidance to MY case. Instead we had a conversation based on GENERAL information. I have since submitted the documents he said he needed to have in order to speak about MY case specifically. I have sent three emails without a response.
