I can't speak highly enough of Leslie, Xavier and the Team at Bojas Law. My wife and I did due diligence on a number of lawyers before committing to one. Lawyer was great
But fair warning, they will keep taking money from you after all of your invoices are paid and they will completely ghost you. Use a card ONLY to set up payments. One you can cancel.
In response to the response from Turco: You are correct, I did not engage you so all payments to the firm you subsumed in my name should have ended especially when my invoices were paid in full. They did not and money was taken from my account without a contract. Interestingly, I got a refund after posting this review so my advice stands. Make sure to put a payment on file you can dispute. Thank you.

Adam made the closing process incredibly easy. Prior to my closing, Peak Settlements was very communicative, ensuring I had all the necessary documents, signatures, and information. They were responsive through emails, moved quickly, and answered all of my questions. My experience with Shapiro Legal Group PLLC WAS GREAT. I must say the representative that called me was very nice and he made me feel comfortable with the whole process and explained in detail how everything went from here. There's no amount of money that could buy out the suffering with headache's and everything else that goes along with the tumor, but the people (same people who made some COVID injections) (Pfizer) let millions of women get the Depo- Provera shot for over a decade while neglecting to label the side affect that it could cause brain tumors. At least they could do is compensate/ Settle out of court with us women who did develop a brain tumor due to their negligence

My wife and I have been working with her oldest brother (85 yrs old) to help him with a Will and a Living Trust. For the past 3 years we have traveled from our home in Durand Mi. to San Diego to provide him with advice and provide any help he may need to get everything right. The more we worked the more complicated and confusing this procedure became, OMG were we Stumped. This year we decided we needed professional help. So, what do you do when your 2000 miles away and don't really know anybody in a big city like San Diego, GOOGLE IT! That's exactly what we did and came up with a bunch of names of attorneys that claim to be the best anywhere. We started making calls to see who we liked the best and would be able to take care of our issues. We left voice mails and asked to have someone contact us to set up a meeting. We encountered a few who were vague and after listening to what we needed really didn’t seem too interested. Then Jason, called us and we were so happy with his attitude and wiliness to complete the needed documents on a very short notice. Everyone in that firm seemed to want to help us get everything right, signed, and registered they even worked through the weekend. The team was amazing in helping us with our will and trust! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and patient with us as we figure out the best path forward to suit some of our very particular needs. It’s obviously not a fun or easy topic to discuss and they were so understanding of that giving us options and suggestions that could be relevant to us. And allowing us the time we needed to sort things out amongst our family. Sometimes we wouldn’t be able to resolve things easily so we would be at a standstill for a while between me and my husband but they were great about checking in regularly without creating any additional pressure. We also had some personal and particular road blocks that we come up against and Ashley was wonderful in giving us options and guidance around that. Both she and Jason were so kind and personable and professional. We had talked to several places before coming here and I’m so glad we did!

My family retained him to find and receive compensation from a deadbeat tenant in the late 1990's. Dwight always returned our calls quickly. He was extremely thorough in the courtroom. I'm a disabled person who is currently being harassed by Nancy from this firm on behalf of the Town of Pawling who is and was discriminating against my rights as a disabled person living in a rental home that violates state laws and tenants rights. they have gone out of their way to enable the building department, who had been refusing to do their jobs for weeks, fully aware that my health is being negatively impacted everyday by the presence of mold, possible asbestos, leaking pipes, faulty electrical work, landlord harassment, and much more. The building department secretary, Mary, created a situation that never should have existed and that she refused to deescalate and for that I will pursue holding her personally legally accountable. If you're a disabled person you should avoid this law firm as they probably won't treat you like a human being.

I am so glad I asked him to look at them because he found several things that needed to be changed in my favor and the best interest of both parties. If I didn't have Jasons help, I could have signed these agreements that would have been a big problem if I ever needed to dispute something court with the agreements.
