Michael Phillips was a savior in my DUI case. I would not have received the right judgments without him. He went through my case throughly and knew that I was treated unfairly. He went above and beyond all expectations. I won my DMV Court Hearing, which saved me from losing my license. To be honest if I lost the DMV court hearing I would of lost my job and my long distance relationship with my now husband would of suffered. He lived in San Diego and I lived in Huntington Beach, so driving to see each other was important. My court case was then dropped from a DUI to a Wet In Reckless.
Now he is helping me expunge my case for a great price. I don't really need the expungement because I own my business but for such a great price, I can't say no to the offer.
Thank you Micheal. It was a very stressful time for me and my family and if you didn't help me I don't think I would be in the great position that I am in my life today. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Mr. Phillips is one of two lawyers who handled my DUI case. I was immediately impressed, as he was willing to take my consultation call after hours, and was very straight-forward with no sales pitch, scare tactics, or too-good-to-be-true promises. He took a lot of time to explain the process and what to expect, and to review the possible outcomes of my case. I called as a nervous wreck but ended the call feeling confident that I would be in good hands. At my initial Divorce consult with Mr. Saginar, I was extremely impressed by his patience on wanting to understand my case. He was a great listener and asked me thorough questions that no other attorney, I had retained in the past, had asked. He provided a clear understanding of my options going forward and did not give me false expectations. He came across honest and caring. He even advised me, based on his personal experience, not as an attorney. He could sense my insecurities about my marriage and provided me with very wise advised. Mr. Saginar remained close by our side, the entire case. He was present in the court. He spoke to the judge privately. Mr. Saginar understood our side, and the need to ultimately have the entire proceeding expunged. --And while it did take months (as Mr. Saginar said that it would), ultimately the case was fully removed. As our lawyer, Mr. Saginar followed the case diligently. (He told us that he would check on the process every few weeks, and he did so). His knowledge let him know how long the process would extend. ---And how wonderful is it, when your 'advocate,' your lawyer, even joins you for lunch during the proceedings, to outline his immediate and long-range plans. Edwin really goes above and beyond in his practice. I used him for my custody case with my son. It was drawn out over the span of a year and he really didn't miss a beat. I came out with more than I asked for with regards to custody and because of the additions to the custody agreement my son and I are creating a much deeper relationship...something that looking back on if I didn't have I would have missed out on some pretty awesome bond building moments. I am very pleased that I went with Vicki Lopez for my felony DUI case. She was able to bring down my aggravated misdemeanor plea down to a standard misdemeanor without having to go to trial. She and her team were quick to respond to my calls/emails whenever I had questions which was nice due to this being a stressful time.
On a personal level she was able to work with me and calm me down when I was a nervous wreck due to this being my first experience with the justice system. I would definitely suggest that anyone with a DUI case work with her.

I had Mr. Steeson in 2014 and he did a great job on my case. I was looking at 1-3 years I sat in jail for 5 months and when I went to court all charges were dropped. He was very firm with the case, he always kept me updated with everything when I called him. He fought for me til the bitter end and I couldn’t think him enough! They say miracles happen, and Mr Kevin Collins made them come true with his outstanding vast knowledge and his REMARKABLE REPUTATION AT MANY COURTS. I was in a situation where no one wanted to take my case or even tried to listen, let along the emotional support. Miraculously Kevin Collins was an angel sent from heaven. My story started when my Crazy EX went off the deep end after I ended the relationship, she used all evil ways and lies simply to see me in jail. She first started with an emergency restraining order and Mr Collins got it dismissed. Right after leaving the court house my ex starts to threthen and harass me and Mr Collins had a harassment order granted on her for ONE YEAR AND TO BE EXTENDED! She then files for Larceny over 1200 (that’s a automatic felony and reason why she filed for it is to have me deported because of my pending immigration status) again Mr Collins got it dismissed, it didn’t stop at that! She went right after the court hearing and filed for Larcent under 1200! The case went to the DA and the state of Massachusetts now still a larceny under but its a minor offense that would hurt my immigration status BADLY even if it’s dismissed and I still could be facing deportation if it enters the record. Thank The Lord I was blessed with Kevin he had the case just simply dismissed but DISMISSED PRIOR TO ARRAIGMENT! I couldn’t ask or expect more! Now I would say pheeeew it’s over! But no! She filed for 2 more restraining orders and Ofcourse when you have a Genius attorney like Kevin Collins you can just have faith and relax (both were dismissed). SIX accusations and the outcomes were ABSOLUTELY IMMACULATE! His sympathy and professionalism makes you feel that you’re working with a family member. I wish I could give more than a five star review.

I hired John Forsyth to help me get my husband out of jail after he was arrested on a fugitive warrant when, unbeknownst to us, charges were filed against him in another state. It took us 9 very stressful days to get him out, and I don’t know what I would have done without John Forsyth. At every turn, John gave practical, sound information and advice that empowered me to make decisions about next steps… pros and cons, implications of various decisions, etc. He cut through the quagmire of legal jargon and procedure to help me understand what was going on and what I needed to do. John was compassionate but did not sugarcoat the situation, give false hope, or do a lot of handholding… BUT he fought hard inside and outside the courtroom, kept me informed at every turn, and leveraged all of his experience, expertise, and resources to essentially get the best win possible. Hiring John to defend me in my case was the best thing I could have done. John is a true professional through and through. He is hard working, diligent, tenacious, and extremely knowledgeable. He is a straight shooter, and very focused, and keeps his clients informed at all times as to the goings on involving their case, no matter how small the detail may be.
John and his amazing defense team represented me in a sexual case where I was falsely accused, and was facing multiple charges that would have resulted in possible life sentences. My case dragged on for 3+ years in part, due to the closure of the court system due to the pandemic, and John stood by me every step of the way. Throughout the entire ordeal, John worked on my case with true professionalism, and always kept me updated as to what was happening, and what was the next step we would be facing as the proceedings continued. Knowing the severity of the accusations I was facing, John also acknowledged my fears and anxieties throughout the case, and displayed a very compassionate side as well by always encouraging me to stay strong.
As the prosecution continued to try different tactics ( ie...attempting to raise my bail, adding charges ), John always had answers that negated all of their attempts. John and his team responded to every "curveball" the prosecution threw at them in a timely and professional manner.
Ultimately, a plea was offered for a much lesser charge, and we agreed, as this would be absolutely the best possible outcome to what were the original charges. Although I didn't receive the full exoneration I had hoped for, I owe my freedom an my life to John Forsyth.
To anyone who is facing criminal charges of any kind, I highly recommend you look no further than John Forsyth. He is amazing, and between him and his team of professionals, I personally can not imagine you would find anyone better than John.

Out of nowhere we received a call from a detective making accusations about a past event. These were the kind of accusations that could potentially be life altering. Not knowing what to do, but knowing we needed advice, I found Jerald Schreck online, ascribed as someone with expertise related to my case. I made a call. Sure enough Mr. Schreck picked up the phone himself. He was warm and reassuring. Not having ever met me before, or with any pretense that I would retain him, he spent about an hour on the phone with me reviewing the recent events and my concerns. He explained to me the law, how these things typically work, and put it in to the context of my situation. In the end he advised me that I was not currently in need of a lawyer, but if things progressed, he would keep my information on file. I offered to compensate him for the impromptu consultation, but he said he was happy to help, and that was not needed. He offered his services but insisted it was not worth my money at this time. With one phone call we went from shock and panic to reassurance. Mr. Schreck’s kindness and expertise deescalated the situation and enabled us to get back to our lives. His kindness and willingness to help without compensation was truly unexpected. We owe him immense gratitude and WILL be calling him back in the event we ever need his services. I recently hired Lisa to represent me at sentencing after having infective council during trial which left me facing serious jail time. She came highly recommended by prominent attorneys. Lisa quickly discovered I was charged twice for the same crime and was able to get one of the charges dropped. I hired Jeff Siefman to represent me on a domestic dispute that led to my arrest in October. Jeff was very upfront and informative when I came to him about a no contact order that was placed that neither myself or significant other asked for. Last year, 2017, I had called the police because I was assaulted after being asked to move a vehicle. Despite the fact of being injured, I was arrested due to false allegations made by a third party for the benefit of the "victim". Marc assisted in drafting a response letter to the adjudicate and coached me leading up to the interview. Another lawyer wanted me to plead guilty and I almost listened even though I didn’t want to. Then I hired Mr. Khuja and he listened to me and walked me through every possibility with my case so I decided to trust him to do a jury trial. Immediate difference when I walked into court with him by my side. They started making better offers but I still turned them down because I knew Mr. Khuja could win my case.
