As others have mentioned here, from my very first call with Lisa I felt much more calm about my situation. She was very organized and reassuring through the whole process. Her demeanor is very calm and she responds immediately. We had to do a Zoom hearing as I don't live in the area, which she arranged against the court's will. Then to add to her professionalism, the judge complimented her on her execution of my case and having all the paperwork done perfectly under unconventional circumstances.

I've never written a Google review before but I had such a positive outcome in my case that I'd like to recommend Ms. Kopelman's practice to those in need of an attorney who can support you through your ordeal. I spoke with a few attorneys when I found myself involved in an unexpected legal mess. I was really frustrated just trying to figure out legal representation, which I've never needed before. Some attorneys were impossible to even reach. I got a lot of answering services. Some attorneys honestly explained why they COULDN'T help me. I was scared and needed help. Lisa Kopelman's name had been given to me by a friend who's son had used her. I left a message with her service at the end of a business day and was shocked and relieved when she called me back the same afternoon.
Lisa made an appointment with me for the very next day and, for the first time since my problem started, I started to feel like maybe there was a way forward. I did not realize the full scope of my situation until Lisa heard me out and put everything into a legal context. I was actually more concerned about some issues that turned out to be more about my reputation than actual legal problems. Lisa distilled the real legal matters and outlined a comprehensive plan of action.
I'm an educator and tried to research the laws and court precedents. I felt pretty informed and totally overwhelmed. That's when a colleague pointed out to me that getting a lawyer is like going to a surgeon. You learn what you can about your condition but you have to put yourself in the hands of the expert when it comes to the actual surgery. So you better make sure you're in the best hands possible. And you have to trust they have only your best interest at heart and they know exactly what you need.
It may sound hokey, but this made perfect sense to me. Once I realized that I had done my due diligence in selecting Lisa, I decided it wasn't helping me or my case to worry constantly. I hired an attorney who I felt had a ton of experience and who would turn over every stone to help me and not miss anything. I can't say I ever felt completely safe during the whole ordeal but I did feel like I'd done all I could and Lisa would take it from there to do everything she could. She was very serious about being thorough.
In the end, I was spared a lot of unnecessary court appearances and Lisa negotiated a resolution, with the other parties involved, that I thought greatly favored me. Not everything went completely my way but I know it went as well as possible. I told Lisa that I hope I never need her services again but it gives me great peace of mind to know she's there.

Recently returned home from the sandlot. Currently seeing a therapist for my issues. But upon my return, I made several bad decisions ALL fueled by alcohol. As a result I got arrested twice. Initially I tried to handle the first case on my own, but soon realized it was beyond me. I did a google search for my area, called several attorneys, Mr. Quintero called me back first. He knew and understood what I was go through. My DUI, he got it dismissed, my domestic case with my fiancée (now my wife) he got me a misdemeanor and therapy, Needless to say he was a guest at my wedding. After calling a few attorneys, I was very fortunate to find Mrs. Joslin. She took the time to listen to my case and understand everything that had happened. She asked for a little background about me and for a couple documents. She presented my case to the court and was able to get my case dismissed. I did not have to take several hours out of many different days to go to court for a minor offense that could have resulted in fines, loss of license, and possibly even jail time. I am very thankful for her services and will use her services again in the future if I may ever need them, which hopefully I won't. I could opine about the level of professionalism, competency, kindness, and communication that Trevor showed me over the last 4 months, but I will instead focus on the outcome. Background: I am a cis-gendered male who had a case of a former significant other purporting sexual misconduct by myself.
Robin immediately made me feel at ease, her demeanor and her attitude made me feel secure in her experience and qualifications (also getting her as a reference from another trustworthy lawyer helped). She played both legal counselor, and at sometimes sanity check. She prevented a possible expulsion and helped me finish my college career without a criminal record. She was reasonably priced, charged fairly for travel, and never seemed annoyed that she did have to travel. She never hesitated to consult her peers for advice, and explored all the options to every situation. Even after we ended our professional relationship, she had the courtesy to check on me and how I was doing. I appreciated all her work, and would suggest her to anyone in a similar situation.

Mark represented me in 2010 on a criminal case involving charges that included aggravated assault and possession of an unlawful weapon. He was extremely honest, open and real. Mr. Greer is an awesome attorney. I was falsely accused by an ex-girlfriend of a felony in one county and she obtained a protective order in another county under false pretenses. Mr. Greer had both cases dismissed and records sealed and the alleged victim impeached during cross examination. I would highly recommend Chad Greer as a criminal defense attorney. Chad helped give me my life back.

I received a Reckless Driving 5-point ticket in a Camden County town. Officer didn't like the way I changed lanes. We pleaded down to Unsafe Driving (Which is a larger fine but no points and no recurring insurance charges). Admittedly it had been 19 years since my last traffic violation, which I'm sure helped the judges decision... but stepping down from 5 points to no points is a huge win regardless of the circumstances (in my mind). Never had to go to a trial with officer. Simply negotiated with prosecutor at initial hearing, and judge agreed.

I guess the best way to describe my laywer is content. Things could have not been any better with this case. The police just love to throw whatever sticks, these unfortunately are pretty serious. These were oui (drugs) possision, neg op. All face serious consequences, nervous, absolutely, scared, and a deck for a year. James worked hard on these, put my mind at rest, and told me, let him work. I couldn't been more satisfied knowing how this turned out, the possision, and oui were dismissed, even for a first time, this is huge. I hope to never go through this again. Things could have been alot worst is the oui was a guilty. So, if your in a similar situation were your facing life changing alterations, give him a chance, I did, and now I can move on.

Mr Daley represented me in a California 290 sex offender registration problem. I was cited for not properly registering. I hired Mr. Daley of the Innocence Legal Team last year (2012). My case was quite unique as there was virtually no case law relating to my situation. Mr. Daley was in constant communication with me in regards to the approach we had to take in order to resolve my issue. He explained to me in detail every aspect of what had to be done, how it would be done and other avenues we may have had to take if our initial case argument wasn't given merit through the case law available at the time.
