Lauren Bobek was recommended to us my an inmate. After speaking to her on the phone she sounded credible and knowledgeable. We hired her. In the case, she was highly involved, researched all the details, was respectful to the client, made sure he understood the process and worked out a great outcome for his case. No one ever thinks they will be in this situation of needing a lawyer because your son was selling drugs. Carter was not the original lawyer my son hired. That lawyer was dishonest and we felt like we were sinking in quicksand. We didn't know who we could trust or where to turn. Our son was in one of the county jails when he heard about Carter from another inmate. She made no promises but gave us confidence that she was on our side and explained every step of the way. For the first time in months we felt like we weren't sinking in that quicksand. We weren't asking for miracles but a fair defense for our son. She was by his side during the entire long process and updated us whenever anything changed. I don't know what would of happened to my son and us if our paths had not crossed with Carter. She follows through and delivers.

I was very happy to have found William Bickerton and have hired him for my Defense attorney. His services were priced well and he actually seemed to care about the predicament that I was in. When wrongfully sued in a civil case, I really did not know what to do. I contacted 4 different attorneys. The 1st one would not even hear the details about the case unless I paid him up front 1st. The other 3 after hearing the case asked me if I only any real property, ... when hearing no, they said to me, "it's not about your innocence, plead guilty and file bankruptcy."
In a world where money is the bottom line and the common denominator, Roger was the only attorney who really listened to my case and asked pertinent questions and researched before informing me of the various options we had before us. He was the only attorney who seem to at all interested in me as a person and understood how guilt or innocence played and ones overall life. He was the only attorney to inform me of the complete landscape of my case. And took the time to explain to me, in a respectful manner why some of my immediate feelings and ideas for proceeding in the case were not prudent nor valuable in establishing my innocence.
At the end of this exhausting experience and trial, Roger truly rose above and beyond. He not only one my case but exonerated my innocence.

I really have had some so so lawyers in the past. To be quite honest I had mixed feelings about having Ms. Lively as my lawyer. Because of my other lawyers I immediately wanted to pass judgement on Rebecca as well. Boy was I mistaken! I had completely given up dealing with the law and lawyers and here comes Ms Lively and knocked it out of the park. Her thoroughness, caring and know how has allowed me to essentially not be charged with a crime that I was doomed to go to prison for. I am so elated and amazed at how great and knowledgeable she truly is! I was put on the streets so I could not fight a case against police when the police illegally impounded my RV I was living in. I was getting harassed everyday by them, now homeless until I was able to put enough money together and bought a truck. 2 weeks after buying this truck outright from dealer for $3000, I was pulled over for no reason. It was literally just so they could impound my brand new truck again and keep me on the street homeless. I spent all I had on truck so I could not get it out of impound and they sold it at auction leaving me homeless with nothing once again. Completely unaware that the cops actually wrote a ticket for this incident, I missed the court date because of them leaving me homeless with nothing for the second time and can’t get mail. They are charging me with misdemeanor drug possession, misdemeanor possession of tear gas. Like wtf (I had a can of pepper spray on a keychain under the seat. There also was no drugs so no paraphernalia want to plead not guilty and fight the case but I don’t want to lose my bed at homeless shelter by going to jail until court date. How can I do this?

I was on the receiving end of false reports which led to charges against me. It took 3 years until the charges were dropped, but Ken stuck with it, patiently answering my questions and holding power to account along the way. The adversarial system isn't designed to be easy, but even by those standards, it was a slog. I was indicted for multiple felonious charges stemming from an on-duty shooting while employed as a police officer.

Things did not go the way we had hoped and everyone came out of the woodwork trying to get a piece of us. They worked tirelessly for 4 years until the case finally came to trial and then performed brilliantly during trial. Mr. Nietzke is truly a man of integrity, this making him an attorney with integrity. He fought in and out of the court room for not only me, but for my minor son. He took on my divorce case when others wouldn't and stayed with me thoughout the most harrowing case ever (even though I was at times a difficult client).
He saw me through until the end when I was finally awarded an extremely fair and air-tight judgement.
I would most certainly hire him again although I'm not so sure he would accept.

Hired him regarding a domestic violence injunction and paternity case. He was excellent inside and outside of the court room. At times he was actually able to correct the judge regarding some of the legal matters. When he interogated witnesses, he seriously put them in their place. I found that Ms. Scott was knowledgeable when it came to the custody case. Ms. Scott was always professional and genuinely cared about my dayghter and and myself. She was always informing me of the status of my case and different possibilites of the outcome. If I had questions I could call anytime and if she was not available she would call back as soon as she was able. Ms. Scott showed up to court dressed very professional and understood my wishes for custody. She would talk to me about an agreement and if the agreement was bad or not to my liking then she would voice that and not agree. Ms. Scott never pressered me to do or agree to anything, instead she recommended that before I would discuss anything to contact her. I had talked to a few lawyers in the area and all of them seemed to busy to sitdown and discuss my case, others would purse an expensive case. Ms. Scott made me feel comfortable and eager for me to dicuss my case. Ms. Scott would also inform me if doing something was a bad idea and educate me on a different approach, that was effective and saved time and money. I will use Ms. Scott to represent me in the future and I would recommended her to anyone needing legal assistance for a fair price and comfortable no pressure representation.

I am a father and I could not have gotten my daughter back in my arms without the tremendous work done by Alexis Scott. I now have my five-year-old daughter back in my life AND with full custody after her mom abducted her and fled the state in 2009. I wasted precious time and money with the wrong lawyer for over a year. When I hired Alexis and Tony Solare they fixed the mistakes made by my previous lawyer and covered all the bases to ensure that I received full physical and legal custody of my daughter. Let me start off by saying I can't thank Logan enough for all his hard work. He took on a family member's case, which was very intense. Logan took the case head on and helped us remain calm through out the entire case, which felt like a roller coaster as we hoped we wouldn't hear the worst during each court. Logan was reassuring the whole time and responsive. He was in constant communication with all of us, and there were many of us constantly seeking updates. There was no question that was too dumb, nor did it phase him when I asked the same questions rephrased, as I wanted to make sure I understood. He was always very professional and checked in with us before walking into each court to give us a run down of what to expect, and gave us a summary as we walked out of court and told us what the next steps were. This case was a big deal because we were looking at a 10-15 year minimum sentence, and he got us the best deal possible. Jail time came out to 270 days. 270 DAYS!
