I couldn’t be more pleased with Allison Affleck from the company. My case had a change of venue and we faced a very difficult judge who did not allow Allison to present a proper case and ended up giving me a partial ruling. I appeal and ended up back with the judge. The whole time Allison was positive in obtaining the right documentation to submit and this time she was able yo cross examine the doctor the judge had. Everything went in my favor but the judge ruled against me. We appealed again and finally after over eight years received a fully favorable ruling taking my benefits back to day 1.
During the whole time Allison went above and beyond for me because she said I deserved the benefits. The whole firm was very professional and helpful. I could not be more pleased with the representation I received from Affleck and Gordon and I have and would recommend them to anyone especially. If I can give a higher rating I would.

Allison was superb during my third appeal for disability. I handled the first to myself and was declined and I should have called them from the beginning. I was nervous about hiring a lawyer and getting headwinked. Turns out it's a flat fee and worth every penny and more. I was a fool not to do it sooner.
During my hearing the trial lawyer was a real intimidating jerk, I hung up at the end in tears. Allison called me after the fact and assured me that in 2 months if we got a negative appeal we would just file a fourth one rest assured. She just plugged on and tried to put his demeanor out of her mind, asked all the right questions, and kept me focused about the facts. About 10 days later I got 100% positivity on my claim.
It wouldn't be fair not to give credit to Dawn, who handles all of the legwork, paperwork, back end stuff, from my initial call with her to the very end. She was there every step of the way. Flawlessly efficient, pacient, always returning my calls or emails within a day. Extremely competent law firm!
I just wish I called them from the start instead of going it alone for over 2 years!

Have never used a lawyer before, but Mr. Lemley was highly recommended to me by a friend. Tom explained the disability process to me in detail, and was very patient with me, as I had a lot of questions and concerns. He told me what I could expect, answered all my questions, kept me up to date on the process, and gave an approximate timeline on a result. When my therapist finally convinced me to apply for disability I had already eaten through my savings in denial and was in a pretty bad place (though thankfully was safe and had a roof over my head, but I wasn't doing very well otherwise). I was overwhelmed and not sure how to proceed. My mother is a nurse so she asked around for colleagues who knew about the process, and one recommended Mr. Silverman - that was the best stroke of luck I could have asked for.
He was thorough and businesslike, on top of everything, kept meticulous records and chased every possible avenue. But he was also patient with me, sympathetic, and possessed of a humanity and no-nonsense humbleness you wish you could get in your doctors let alone your attorney. I probably felt more embarrassed about my situation than he did, and he tirelessly did the necessary research not only to know exactly what to do, what I was entitled to by law, and how to go about it, but also what things I needed to focus on to make sure the proper authoritative channels understood my situation in a way that was meaningful to them (important when you're an adult with a late ADHD diagnosis- he sifted through my chatter and knew which things were the needed information and which were not).
Through the whole long process, he was there getting things done, rolling with the inevitable snags and figuring out how to get over those hurdles, and keeping me up to date on what was happening, even letting me know now and then he was still on things just because it had been a while and we were still waiting. I never could have done it on my own, but I'm also confident he went above and beyond and strongly recommend specifically this man to help you out with legal advice. Knowing I had him in my corner kept me calm through the journey and I recently got my first disability payment, which hopefully will be the start of me getting a better handle on my health now that the millstone of supporting myself is lifted from my shoulders.
When he told me these reviews helped others find him I couldn't click the page fast enough. Hire him, I promise you won't be sorry, and I want him to be successful and happy forever because he really helped me out through something very difficult, and I don't care if it is his job I'll be grateful forever, he did a great job and he's a good bloke in my book.

I was originally represented by one of the big disability firms for a complicated cardiovascular case.
After one and a half years of little to no communication with the other firm (and no results) I did some research and found Will. After our initial conversation I retained him and asked the big firm to withdraw.

Without going into detail, my disability case was statistically the most difficult to win e.g. mental disorders like depression/bipolar with over 90% initial denial rate, and mine was. Even after appealing and going to a hearing, mine was denied like the vast majority of similar cases. At this point you’re required to actually file a lawsuit against the government as the last step, which we did.. My odds were extremely long, which is why I thoroughly researched every SSDI attorney in Denver, and the consensus was that Mr. Dawson was by far the best with a 99% success rate. Against the enormous odds, and due solely to Mr. Dawson’s extensive experience, my case was approved quickly. I recommend him to anyone with and SSDI case, and going with anyone else will decrease your chances, period. My only regret is that I can't give him more than 5 stars!

Several months back my claim for SSDI was approved. I am so excited that I am able to start the new year in a better position to support my family. I honestly believe this would not have been the case were it not for William Viner. I probably would not have had the patience to stay in the fight. If you're dealing with a disability issue and need a lawyer to help you get your Social Security benefits, your best bet is to contact Mr. Freeman and retain him as your lawyer, he's absolutely the best.
My husband passed away last July and in addition to the immense sadness I was going through, I was also at a loss of what I would be able to do, and if I could receive windows disability social security. I'm disabled and have never dealt with applying for SSD because I had heard so many bad stories about people losing their cases after years of trying, but with my husband gone I had no means to support myself financially and decided that I'd better get a lawyer and just hope for the best. I decided to retain Mr. Freeman and am forever grateful that I did, because rather than just hoping for the best, I got the best!!
In addition to being a wonderful lawyer, Mr. Freeman is also a wonderful person. He took my case and was available for me anytime I had a question or was confused about the paperwork that Social Security needed me to fill out. I recall that at one point, after I had already sent Social Security copies of my marriage certificate, they sent me a letter of denial for my widows disability case, saying that my husband and I were never married. I called Mr Freeman in tears, not only had I just lost my husband of 23 years, but now they're saying that we weren't married!! Mr. Freeman calmed me down and said he'd take care of it, which he did.
I have never in my life had to deal with a lawyer, and never needed one as much as I did during this terrible time in my life, like I stated before, he's the best!! I'm so thankful that Mr. Freeman was my lawyer, fighting for me to receive the benefits I was entitled to, and ultimately winning my case for me. The paperwork and proof about my disability, that he submitted to the Judge showed how thorough Mr. Freeman is at his job. The day before my hearing, the Judge called Mr. Freeman and said there would be no need for the hearing, that all of the paperwork and evidence for my disability case was perfect and I was granted a full favorable decision regarding my widows disability case.
Due to the Covid situation, I never had the chance to see Mr Freeman in person, but if given the chance, I would of wanted to give him a giant hug of gratitude.
Thank you Mr. Freeman, Mrs. Freeman and your team of experts, I don't know what I would do without having you on my side. May God bless all of you.

Called Jason a couple days before my court date. After a couple of other attorneys wouldn’t return my calls. He called me in for a consultation and I gladly hired him. What I liked about him is he didn’t make any empty promises that some of these guys will make. He did promise to work any angle he could use to get my charges lowered or dropped. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome facing a minimum 120 days in jail and a 6 year license suspension. This would have ruined me financially. I ended up with a plea down to 48 hours and charged with a first offense charge. Honestly think I might’ve got out of it all together if I asked him to go further with it but it wasn’t a risk I was willing to take with that great of an offer. I also want to say that under the circumstances I thought they were going to fry me if they could. He was worth double the money I paid him. In fact I have paid twice as much with not near the results. I hope I never need an attorneys services again but if I do there’s no question who that will be. Hi staff was great as well.

3 years ago at the age of 22 I received my first (and only) DUI. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Gail not only got me out of jail on a probation violation, but she had my DUI charge removed completely and I was only charged with a $160 ticket !!! Unheard of !
I had another court case in a different county and she was able to have the county extend my ARD and that charge will be expunged !

I fought for years on my own against the VA for benefits I earned. It was a fight I was very much so losing. I was in the 1st Sand Box War (1991) and after coming home, got really sick. I fought with the VA Benefits people for 29 plus years to no avail. I met with Mrs. Brackin in June of 2014 to discuss the appeal for my disability case denial. I had applied myself the first time around, naively thinking that the process would be fairly simple. The first thing that struck me was that not only was I there to see if I wanted to hire her but she was looking at me to see if she would take on my case. Not because my case was difficult but she wanted to make sure I was honest. My family and I appreciated that because it showed us that she wouldn’t take on just any case but only the cases that were honest. We hired Mrs. Brackin the next day and she went to work for us.
