From the first meeting, and throughout the entire time, Ms. Gaba was calm, patient, and thorough as she outlined the process and advised us about what documents and records would be required to give our case the best chance of success. I hired attorney Gaba to represent me at the Hearing level of my SSDI application. Attorney Gaba thoroughly prepared me for discussion of the evidence in my medical record with the judge. The time was finally here. Once we were all connected on the phone (hearing was conducted on the phone due to the pandemic), the judge alluded to a Summary Brief that attorney Gaba submitted on my behalf. After the formalities, the judge made an on-the-record approval. Her brief, succinctly and clearly summarized the evidence in my record for the judge, and was instrumental in him making a favorable decision from the facts without moving to the hearing. Dr. Anaise helped with my VA medical claim for obstructive sleep apnea after I found him through hours of online research and comparison. I could tell by the reviews that I was making the best choice for me…and now I absolutely know I did! I contacted him through his online portal and I was contacted the very next business day. The email was detailed with regards to his opinion regarding my case, information that was needed from me, cost for his service, and the timeline. Unfortunately, not sure why, but I hesitated. Big mistake! When I finally sent my information about a month later, there was constant communication. I not only received my IMO when I was told I would receive it, but it very detailed! I’m no medical expert, but after reading through it, I just knew I made the best choice! After I reviewed it, it was then finalized by Dr. Anaise and emailed back to me the very next day. The hard copy was also mailed out two days later! The promptness of Dr. Anaise and Dr. Benham cannot be denied! The only delay in this entire process was when I waited to submit my information to him! I was granted 100% VA disability (less than two months later). I have known Mr. Patton for close to 20 years, and he takes the time to understand my issue, proposes a course of action. He is usually available via text/email on the weekends. I had injured both shoulders at my job and it was just after my surgery on my right shoulder when I had decided to hire Ben . I was concerned that the insurance company was going to try and dispute the liability of my injuries. From the first conference call I had with Ben he assured me that he would be able to help me. I received a notice that my brother needed to sign off and accept a compensation for a Worker's Comp injury sustained at his "High-Profile" workplace within a few days of the notice. The compensation offered seemed ridiculously low, to me and I did not know what to do. My brother has some learning disabilities and this was a broken hip injury that was really causing him some serious problems. He is a cart-pusher, and I believe any of you could understand what a broken hip injury might be like, in doing that job. My brother insisted on working even when it was too painful, and was afraid to call into work for fear he might lose his job. I contacted Joannie Grife, and she agreed to see us and said she would be glad to help in any way she could. She got right on our case. She was always there when we needed her. She showed my brother compassion and always talked to him and explained everything to him, which spared his dignity. When does a business fulfill an emotional purpose for you in a critical time & it pays off? Life doesn't look the same when you've suffered a serious injury. The first thing that happened when I told reception about my case, I was talking to Sam, himself, who I've seen in commercials since I was a kid. It was truly an honor to have Attorney James M. Clancy to represent me with my Workman's Comp Injury that I sustained at my work place.
