I began my SSDI application online with absolutely no knowledge of the process. Initially I was denied. It may sound cliche but I turned to Google to find an attorney who specialized in SSDI. I came across Mr. Andrew Muirhead’s law office site. I was apprehensive if Mr. Muirhead would take my case since I started on my own. Not only did he accept the challenge, he advised me step by step how we would proceed. Although there were many appeals and denials, he never gave up. We agreed we would follow this through to the very end. Ultimately after nearly 3 years we decided to reapply. My case was remanded by the appeals council. It took an additional 3 years, almost to the day. He believed in me and read through medical records front to back. I was informed today I was approved fully favorable. I can not express my gratitude for Mr. Muirhead and his office staff. I believe paths cross for a reason and I truly will forever respect and be grateful for the patience, guidance and professionalism he displayed throughout the lengthy process. We contacted Lisa to get some assistance in dealing with Social Security, this lady was not only extremely well-informed on our issue, but she answered all our questions and give us options of how to proceed without her having to represent us.

Lisa is pleasant, organized, and effective. She's honest--never asked us to stretch the truth to benefit our case, which we greatly appreciated. To process a lot of cases at a time, she doesn't meet with clients until a hearing date is set, so don't expect an initial in-person interview. I feel she was respected by our judge for her integrity and hard work, and that helped my husband's case ("fully favorable" decision.)

There aren’t enough words to describe how incredible Jennifer was helping me navigate the Social Security Disability process. She was recommended by a co-worker who spoke very highly of her. Throughout all of our correspondence by email and phone she was incredibly helpful and patient. Applying for and navigating the SSDI system can be very challenging for anyone, and Jennifer guided me all the way until I received my benefits. Without her help it probably would have taken years to get an approval, and it’s quite possible I would have been denied the whole way. She was very patient and explained in detail about what I needed to do in getting my medical records up to date and submitted on time, as well as making sure I filled out the forms properly. I could go on and on about how helpful, patient and professional Jennifer was for me but I’ll just say this……Jennifer is amazing at her job. At the recommendation of family, I hired a local social security disability Lawyer from Ft. Smith, AR in March 2022. After months of me going to Doctors appointments, filling out forms, obtaining medical records, etc. I received a letter from him in August of 2023 saying he had closed his business! I was at a loss and didn’t know what to do. I called Laura McKinnon’s office in September 2023 and she thankfully agreed to take my case.
I knew nothing about her. Had only seen her commercials on TV. She and her staff were most courteous and professional and stayed in constant touch with me throughout this process. I am happy to say that in May of 2024 she won my social security disability case for me! Couldn’t have done it without her!

This man saved my life he preserved my CNA license and fought for me like a pit bull in the courtroom so I would not lose my license from lies to Lara. He is very mean but he is very good in the courtroom!!! I say mean in a good way though, just fighting people the legal way!!! Watch out for jealousy in the workplace if they know you're more qualified than them, they will literally lie on you to hurt you so bad. Fighting against lies!!!! A 30-month legal nightmare of proving my innocence and residency came to an end on May 7, 2024. It was Attorney Donna Jean Kuchler and her team who believed and fought for me during this ordeal. I remember early on when Donna said, "We intend to mount a vigorous defense." I believed in her and she believed in me. There is no one I would trust more than Donna Kuchler and her law firm. They prepared for my court trial filing numerous motions to dismiss, including those that were sent to the Court of Appeals.
Together we fought the fight, ran the race, and I was found not guilty on all 7 felony charges and was fully acquitted by the judge in a court trial. I have my life back. My life is different but I am free.

I am suffering severe pain & unable to return to work after experiencing a work related accident. Unsuccessful pain management treatment & multiple surgeries continued to keep me from returning.
