Mr. Davis and his team of aids were amazing! They handled my car accident case and they worked hard to ensure me that my injured were compensated. They kept me updated on the case and were very understanding, helpful and compassionate. Highly recommend!

Jack Swerling is the most honest lawyer in the midlands area! He is a very busy man, but takes one on time with his clients and has a very good personality! He also has great people working in his office! They all work together as one team to get the job done! I wish I could put 6 stars keep up the great work Jack Swerling!

First let me start by saying Nick was one of the more affordable lawyers when I started reaching out for consultations. Not only did he handle my case during COVID, he represented me living an hour away! I was granted everything I wanted and some in court. HIGHLY RECOMMEND especially if you’re divorce is military related!!!

Nick truly was my life saver. I was going through a horrible divorce and my previous lawyer abandoned me. I called Nick late on a Friday night and he in two days had me prepared for an emergency hearing which concluded better than I imagined. From that point on he guided me, supported me, and ultimately won me my divorce. There will never be enough words to describe my admiration and respect for what Nick represents. His passion for helping others is beyond measure. He knows the system and laws inside and out, yet is keen to what his clients need and is able to explain the process in laymen’s terms. I must have asked a million questions and he always took the time to explain in detail so I completely understood. Nick is the best there is in not only Columbia but I would say the entire state. I can see why he is well respected by other lawyers and judges as well. If you need someone who can turn what you think is the impossible into the possible, Nick is that person hands down.
