I found attorney Swerling, after doing extensive research for lawyers that is excellent for drug trafficking cases. After viewing the high profile, very complex cases, Attorney Swerling handles. I decided to give him a call. Unfortunately, he does not take cases that are, what is considered to him-old.Which was shocking because that is something so small-scale to a person of his caliber. For people sitting in prison, their cases are never old. I was hoping to at least receive a consultation, so the case could be looked into, or pointed in the right direction for my friends case. However, nothing went past my phone call inquiry. He may be excellent for new cases. But if your loved one is already sitting in prison, keep looking around.

Mr. Swirling was referred to me since I live outside of Columbia - so somewhat a shot in the dark....and what a pleasant surprise! I left a message seeking legal advice at 4pm just as Mr Swirling left for his family summer vacation ( thinking... great I will hear from him in a week- if I am lucky) that evening my phone rings at 9:30pm just as he reached his vacation spot - he spent 45 minutes with me and formulated a plan of action and put me at total ease with my situation....he reached out on my behalf to third parties multiple times over his vacation...and it resulted in avoIding any legal conflict!
