I hired him in 2012 for a charge that I had been charged with. He handled everything. I never needed to even step into court. He is by far the best attorney that spartanburg has to offer. He got all of my charge not only dropped but removed from my record. He loves to collect rocks , gems and fossils. It is definitely interesting to look around d his office. I also hired him for a nephew. He also took care of all of his charges for him. I would always hire him if needed. He is by far the best attorney spartanburg has to offer. Hands down. He deserves 10 stars 🌟

Best in Town

This guy is this the man. Tells you what he can do and does his Best to up hold it. Wouldn't go to anyone else even if they're cheaper.

Josh is an amazing lawyer he is great in the court room went in for a serious charge where I could spend my life in prison for the charges dropped for something that carries 0-15 and got off on probation highly recommend him worth every penny!

The best in spartanburg

After much research and comparison shopping I decided the best option was to go with Mr Shultz.. I then set up an appointment and met with Josh at that time. His entire staff was very friendly and accommodating and they all bent over backwards to suit my needs. Josh consulted me until both he and I were convinced and comfortable that he had a full understanding of the case. I have to say I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of his operation, from his honesty and complete transparency to the personable and genuine conversation he had with me throughout our consultation. Needless to say I decided to move forward with Josh and he immediately got busy working on my behalf.. We are still in the middle of the proceedings at this point but I am pleased enough that I felt obligated to write this review in hopes of others being able to make the best possible decision when they need legal advice. I will post again at the conclusion of my case and share what outcome Josh was able to get and how I feel about his work at that time. Thanks Josh! Update as promised.. Josh definitely delivered!! He was able to exceed my expectations in each and every aspect of my case. I went to him 9 months ago after a fall. He told me he would help me. His paralegal was nice at first. so after all that time they did nothing and dropped me a week ago. They just lead me alon . I lost everything over that fall and I'm still not better. thanks for the help
