Had a case according to Mr. Johnston himself and a month later get a letter stating my case is no longer being pursued. Got assaulted by a manager as a customer at circle k in inman sc no charges were filed manager not fired and now no civil suit.

Best DUI attorney in the Upstate SC, hands down! Great trial lawyer, so instead of taking a plea deal, he will fight for you before a jury of your peers and is definitely not afraid to do so. Total opposite, he is the best they come and his outcomes are amazing! Do not pass Mr. Schultz up if looking for a "very good" chance of at least getting your DUI dropped down to a "careless and reckless" at a reasonable price.

i hired mr. collins after being sold out by my old attorney, and harrassed by the oposing attorney who intemidated many other attorney's, well mr. collins isn't intimidated by other attorney's, he is very compassionate and takes time to explain the law, he does not run up your bill needlessly. he is fighting for justice in a situation where the legal system has been very unjust. i trust that he will do the right thing and am thankful to have him on my side, i only wish i had him from the beginning. to many attorney's are afraid to take on a hard ongoing case. not him.
