Josh is an amazing lawyer he is great in the court room went in for a serious charge where I could spend my life in prison for the charges dropped for something that carries 0-15 and got off on probation highly recommend him worth every penny!

The best in spartanburg

After much research and comparison shopping I decided the best option was to go with Mr Shultz.. I then set up an appointment and met with Josh at that time. His entire staff was very friendly and accommodating and they all bent over backwards to suit my needs. Josh consulted me until both he and I were convinced and comfortable that he had a full understanding of the case. I have to say I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of his operation, from his honesty and complete transparency to the personable and genuine conversation he had with me throughout our consultation. Needless to say I decided to move forward with Josh and he immediately got busy working on my behalf.. We are still in the middle of the proceedings at this point but I am pleased enough that I felt obligated to write this review in hopes of others being able to make the best possible decision when they need legal advice. I will post again at the conclusion of my case and share what outcome Josh was able to get and how I feel about his work at that time. Thanks Josh! Update as promised.. Josh definitely delivered!! He was able to exceed my expectations in each and every aspect of my case. He got to work immediately as previously mentioned and was able to deliver a verdict that was more favorable than I expected and did so in a timeframe that was much less than I expected. I went to him 9 months ago after a fall. He told me he would help me. His paralegal was nice at first. so after all that time they did nothing and dropped me a week ago. They just lead me alon . I lost everything over that fall and I'm still not better. thanks for the help

I have read some of the negative reviews and quite frankly I am certain those are fictional accounts made by his adversaries in the legal system. I have never come across a more intelligent, meticulously prepared honest man in any field. How man lawyers do you hear that about? There are few people I would sincerely trust my life to, David is at the top of that list. He is NOT AT ALL part of the good ol' boy system which defines the Greenville, SC legal system. I listened from a distance as my opponent's attorney attempted to entice him into making a deal to betray me saying, "Come on everybody makes deals". It would have made his life infinitely easier to deal, but he didn't. His response "I don't get paid to make deals, I get paid to go to court, let's go to court." I was never left wondering or to fight on my own, David is patient, exceptionally smart and trustworthy in every way and I will never believe otherwise, no matter how many crooks leave negative anonymous posts. Thank you David for being one of the good guys.

My expectations were high because ive heard nothing but great things about Mr. Schultz but he exceeded my expectations and the result in the end was far better than I ever could have ever imagined.
