No communication, rude,cold. Can not get anyone on the phone.

These people take money with no legal backing to do so. They need to be investigated by the Tennessee Attorney General's office.

Truly can’t stand places like these. They don’t want to help, they don’t want to resolve the matter they want to TAKE YOUR MONEY (which can be at any point and time) and pad their privileged pockets. I’m so very glad I moved away. They didn’t even offer an explanation nor did they ever try to reach out, call, leave a message, or even email me. This is ultimately about how companies like this keep impoverished people further and poverty. They are not here to help you so if you have a charge from them, you’re better off reporting them to the BBB And switching your bank account so they will not garnish your previous one. Companies like this are evil, plain and simple. If they really truly wanted to help folks, then they would be coming up viable solutions and realistic payment plans. This is what happens when the wrong people With no integrity or humility own companies. Into everyone who has to deal with this nonsense I truly apologize. It is very unfair to us, and I hope that one day we all get our issues resolved, and in the future, in the hands of good people.

So depressing, a Friend is struggling with addiction. She is locked up in Houston TX.I try and help her get her property. She sends me a legal power of attorney from a Texas Notary. But this law firm says signature doesn't match her TN I.D.well of course it is legit. But these attorney's love the power they have to hurt the less fortunate and poor.all she wanted was her property. What happened to compassion..helping someone who is truly struggling? So 😔 sad.

Nobody ever answers.

They are scammers linked into people's cash apps, I don't owe anyone checked myself. They got into my cash app and have been taking money randomly. And won't respond to any requests for information.

This place is a scam ! they never answer their phones or emails. Every time you call you just get the receptionist and they transfer you over to the “lawyers” only once I got through but they lawyer said “no” and hung up in my face when I asked a question. I had to break my lease and move out of my old apartment complex (Nashwood Apartments) which I don’t recommend at all either ! due to a family emergency causing me to having to move to another state but anyways I been trying to call and find a solution to try to repay them but for what I see they just some scammers !!!

Two start because they get the job done. Hired Hall and associates to help get tenants out of my property. They are not very responsive with the horrible communication I would say it added over a month to the process of getting the tenants out. They do not respond to emails or voicemails. Worked with Kelly mostly and she is nice but does not respond to emails and after maybe 3 attempts and voice mails left she will maybe call you back. I think if they were able to work on their communication and customer service they would be so much better.

These folks are crooks been taking money out of my check every week then today they took what money I did have in my savings from cash app I have never been too court and was told I signed paperwork back in 08 for first Nashville realty for a home I asked too be let out the lease ... I was told long as I'm out by a certain day and time no court action would be taken I was moved when I was suppose too be then last month I get hit wit garnishments out of my check I didn't give any banking information so how tf they take my money on top of what they taking weekly. So is anyone else getting hit with a garnishment because of first Nashville realty... Everyone here needed too contact Bbb they only have one complaint maybe if we all leave our reviews there something might happen too stop these folks from robbing us blind

This company acts as a collection agency and I must say they have some shady practices. I made a full payment on a debt for my granddaughter today 7/8/2024. They (Kelly) accepted my certified check for the full balance and gave me a receipt for the payment but refused to document the ZERO balance on the account on the receipt. When asked why, she stated it was because a "third party made the payment " and my boss wont let me."Yet you had no problem taking the check. The vibe generated during the whole exchange was one of an " I could care less "about the customer. Be careful when dealing with this business. If I could give NEGATIVE ZERO STARS I would.

1 star because I had to do something but I give THEM 0 STARS! Money was withdrawn from my account from these people and I don’t owe anyone!! I called the state and they stated I don’t owe anyone either. I have called and left them tons of voice messages and cannot reach anyone nor will they call back. I used to use these people for work. This place is a scam. They do not care about anyone but themselves. I would not ever use them for anything if you all are trying to. I will be getting an attorney to sue them. Beware
