I would NEVER use anyone for real estate issues in and around Austin, Texas other than Rosie Ochoa at Strub Residential Group. This girl knows the area completely and has skills that are top notch. She's been my realtor for more than one property, buying and selling. Each event went without any hiccups because she was on it. She went above and beyond any realtor I've used before. I've bought and sold about 10 - 12 properties. Rosie had the knowledge to answer all my questions and she made sure my experience was stress free. Highly recommend!

Our agent, Patrick Sarb, came recommended from a friend. We were moving from the east coast to Texas, and were trying to learn the area. For several months, Patrick checked in with us here and there, but we figured the market would be too insane to break through and find a good fit for us. When possible houses came up, Patrick would meet us and advise us through the option(s). Finally, we found the house for us and Patrick was INVALUABLE in guiding us through purchasing our first house. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the Austin area who needs an agent. He's a good person, generally, and highly knowledgeable on the real estate market. It's mind blowing that we were able to get a house UNDER asking price in this market. Thank you, Patrick!

My husband and I were relocating to Austin from Chicago. Moving across the country is stressful and intimating, but Justyn was there for us every step of the way. Not only did he walk us through our first home buying experiencing from a thousand miles away, he gave us support in areas not even related to real estate! It felt like having family in town and made the whole process so much better. This may be our first house, but certainly not the last time that we work with Justyn!

Eric prepared our home for sale while we were out of town. Within two weeks after we left he got the house painted, cleaned, staged and listed. A few days later we were under contract with an offer well above listing price. My son and I study and work in two different states. We have some experiences in real estate but no prior knowledge of the market in Austin.
