We had the absolute PLEASURE of working with Rosie Ochoa to help me find my first home in Austin! Rosie went above and beyond to answer any and all (and I mean ALL) of my questions. As a first-time homeowner, she made the process so straightforward and was so transparent every step of the way. She broke everything out so it was digestible and easy to understand, and even gave me amazing recommendations on everything, from the loan vendors to local shops, etc - she always pointed me in the best direction and made sure I knew every option. I never felt forced into anything, instead, I left the process with such a vault of knowledge that I couldn't be happier about. Not to mention, she worked tirelessly to line up the perfect options of homes to see - ultimately landing the first home we saw!! I couldn't recommend working with the Strub group enough. The communication was flawless and the team is beyond exceptional.

My partner and I worked with Patrick Sarb at Strub to find our first home, and we could not have been happier throughout the entire process. As first time home buyers in the daunting Austin housing market, we had so many questions and fears, and Patrick held our hands throughout the whole process - he was always there to explain anything and everything, he offered wise advice at every turn, he would promptly respond every time we reached out, and he was an excellent advocate on our behalf. Most importantly perhaps, Patrick took great care to understand what we were looking for and what our budget was, and he never rushed us or pressured us or dismissed our preferences. Had a really good experience with Strüb buying a house in the Austin area. While a lot of people struggled to close on a home (and even when they did, it had a ridiculous over-asking-price-fee), I had no such issue thanks to Justyn. They were very helpful in arranging everything and getting a skilled home inspector. Definitely recommended!

I worked with Patrick Sarb and the Strub team to buy a single-family house in Pflugerville. They were always very responsive and accommodating. For example, I gave them a last-minute heads-up Wednesday night (they immediately returned my call) that I will be traveling to Austin the same weekend to house-shop, and they were able to narrow down options and set up viewings by the time I arrived. The rest of the experience maintained that level of responsiveness. Patrick also helped with misc. requests after the deal was closed such as giving a locksmith access to rekey the locks. Patrick has very good communication and interpersonal skills, so he was always pleasant to work with over text, email, phone, or in person. He always communicated the process, recommendations, experience, and advice clearly. Even when there was a disagreement, he expressed his concerns, but always supported my requests. In the end, he helped me get a good deal on a nice, big, family home. When purchasing a house in a hot market, you definitely want somebody sharp and experienced on your side. I’d recommend Patrick and the Strub team.
