STRUB was the first agency to respond to our inquiry to sell our home. From the first email, the STRUB team was genuine and kind. We worked with Ashley Jamieson, and she brought tremendous knowledge about Lake Travis real estate and the type of buyers we would appeal to. Our home had multiple offers on it in less than a week, and we closed within 15 days. The process was transparent and flexible to our needs as a family. Ashely communicated with us daily and the quality of her work was top notch. We were blown away by the service and care of this company. We would recommend STRUB and Ashely whole heartedly.

As first time homebuyers, we were very impressed with our realtor, Rosie Ochoa. At each step, she walked us through what to expect and gave us the information we needed, even when we didn't know the right questions to ask. She was very patient as we did many home viewings and helped us land on a list of priorities to narrow down our list of top homes. Rosie did a great job of providing us her expert opinion on areas of concern for the condition of homes we viewed and how the list price fit within the quickly-changing market without pressuring us or trying to upsell. Even after closing, she has continued to stay in contact and provide useful advice. Overall, she is highly competent and a person of integrity.

Eric Pugatch helped us buy our home in the summer of 2021 when things were absolutely bananas. We spent time with both Eric and Mark over the course of 6 months trying to get into the right property in Northwest Hills. Their knowledge of the market made us feel very comfortable with the offers we put in and ultimately helpful us end up in the right property. They had solid strategies and market data to back them up, walked us throguh them, and we worked together to agree on the approach. I always felt well informed and empowered, even in that crazy market. The Strub team is professional, reliable, friendly, and immensely helpful. I would definitely work with them again.

Rosie is awesome! We've been working with her for over a year now, started from when we were in CA and still working with her as we're building our home. She is always on top of things and very proactive. Of course she is very knowledgable and resourceful, but I think what's most important is she truly has our best interest in mind, always! We've worked with a number of realtors across multiple states, and I can tell you that this is extremely rare.

I can’t say enough about the support I received from Jessica during the process of selling my home. She immediately designed a plan and took charge getting survey, marking heritage trees, pictures, everything to market my home. She checked on my home during freezing weather making sure heat was on. After the freeze when limbs were down she and Mark showed up to cleanup the yard! Above and beyond to get it sold!

My boyfriend and I are moving to Austin from out of state and felt a bit lost trying to find a place from so far away.
