Justyn LeFebvre and the team at Strub are the best in the business. Justyn mobilized a team that did painting, repairs, pictures, advertising, staging and listing. His operation was so smooth, that by the time we listed, we had offers waiting. His pricing was perfect to create interest but also right in the sweet spot to bid up. Our home in Travis Heights was sold in less than a week and I still can't believe the final sales price. Side note: After staging, I considered keeping the house as an Airbnb, but the price was too good.

Data-oriented - He showered us with not only data on comps for recently sold but sent us templates with analysis for rental potential. 4. Positioning - he takes time to understand his client's situation. Given the market competitive situation, he advised us to move quickly and provided clear guidance on what to expect and how our pricing strategy should be, 5. Extremely responsive and timely in his availability and responses - Be it email, phone, text, or in-person; Phil, has some sort of SLA (Service Level Agreement) that he tries to beat every time. 99% of the time, he acknowledges and delivers info in a succinct & timely manner 6. We worked with Ashley Jamieson to purchase our first home in Austin during what was an exceptionally competitive and challenging market for buyers (Fall 2021 through Spring 2022)--and Ashley was superlative in every sense. Her knowledge of the Austin market is vast and her eye for detail very keen; but more than that her instincts for structuring a bid, identifying properties, and assessing value was truly first-rate. She always provided candid, insightful advice that was right on target. Ashley is also tireless: she worked with us for months as we homed in on just the right property, stuck with us/always encouraged us after some near misses, and she and her team were seemingly always available at the drop of a pin. I worked with Eric Pugatch who is probably the greatest realtor ever. I already had a buyer and didn't think I needed him, and I am not an easy client, but he overcame my objections and saved us money and time. He was both knowledgeable and patient. I honestly don't believe the sale would have gone through without his help or that if it had gone through it wouldn't have been so profitable or pleasant. I can't recommend him enough.

Eric Pugatch with Strub Residential is who you need by your side when buying or selling a home in Austin. This process can be stressful and Eric went "all in" with helping me get the home ready to sell, strategically marketed, and helping with the offers and contract process. I felt completely supported and knew that if there were going to be any bumps in the process Eric would successfully navigate us through them. There are lots of realtors in Austin but not many like Eric who works this hard and stays positive throughout the process. When you choose Eric and team Strub, you will be so glad you did!

She even helped diffuse a situation with an unruly seller and seller’s agent – doing so easily, with tact and class. Thanks to Ashley’s negotiating skills, I was able to get a great house, in a hot market, just under asking! I am so grateful for all of Ashley’s help and expertise. Even the small interactions with other team members at Strüb were fantastic. And the follow-up after the fact is greatly appreciated – everything from checking in to see how things are going, to giving recommendations on property upkeep. My husband and I worked with Rosie Ochoa to find our first home. Before we met Rosie we had been searching for a home off and on for 2 years! We were getting extremely frustrated and were wanting to throw the towel in. Thank goodness our friend recommend we work with Rosie! It was an extremely easy and even enjoyable process to work with her. We met with her in February 2022 and closed on our first home in March 2022! I just closed escrow on my dream home in North Austin. I started working with my Strub real estate agent,Rosie Ochoa, in Dec. 2020-long before I ever physically moved here. At the time I was just in the planning stages of selling my home in another state and moving here to live closer to my 2 daughters.She was gracious and supportive throughout the entire process,and always made me feel as if I were her only client. I never doubted for a minute that she was working hard to make sure I got the home just right for me. I finally moved here in December 2021.She researched the homes I was interested in viewing,and had a lot of background knowledge on the homes before we ever set foot in them. We worked with Justyn Lefebvre to buy a home in a challenging Austin, TX home market. As first time home buyers, Justyn gave us a fantastic experience. Justyn was very patient with us, answered our questions thoughtfully, and was just a fun person to spend time over the many hours of time we spent together finding our first home. He was particularly helpful during tours in teaching us about what to pay attention to and what we could ignore when it came to evaluating an older homes.
