Mr. Dest provided excellent counsel when the TMB opened an investigation from a disgruntled family who I had rightfully dismissed from my practice. I had a small issue obtaining my PIT license, so I found Mr. Dest's law firm online. During the consultation, both Mr. Dest and senior partner Mr. Leichter listened to me and clearly laid out their plan and opinion on the matter. I decided to go right ahead and hire them. Eventually, I found out that they charged me $1,000 LESS than competing firms. Ever since the first day they worked diligently and with great professionalism. My PIT license came in smoothly. A patient filed a complaint against me after finding out that she was having a male baby. She was disappointed to be having a male. I discussed the gender and genitalia with her husband. She filed a "sexual assault" against me to TMB that day after leaving my office. My malpractice company recommended Darrin and his firm. Darrin was very knowledgeable, aggressive, and timely in responding to TMB. I just wanted to be done with this humiliating charge. Darrin was great and told me that we wanted the charge dismissed. He responded to TMB about what constitutes a "sexual assault" according to TMB's statutes and strongly requested the allegation to be dismissed. After 7 months of not hearing from TMB, Darrin notified me that it was dismissed. Darrin knows the "workings" of TMB and I highly recommend him. Don't settle for anything less!

She asked for letters from my spouse and former coworkers to testify of there encounters and struggles with my illness. She didn’t just leave things to her staff, she made regular contact.
