Team 2 communicated well with me on what was needed in order to close the deal on the home I was buying. They were quick to respond to any questions I had or to help problem solve when in the midst of closing I was driving cross country a mobile notary had to be secured and scheduled all of which they helped navigated floor me. It has not been a good experience. No communication & confusion. As a 1st time buyer, you need a little more communication and I just didn't get that.

I have closed many transactions with Patten Title (about 10 buying and selling investment properties) and I don't have enough good things to say about them. Their attention to detail is the best you can possibly get. I have worked with other title companies and they all have dropped the ball in one way or another. If you are looking for THE BEST company, this is it. Whether you are closing on your first home or your 50th flip, these guys know what they are doing. Plus, they make the whole process seamless to you. they a lot of automation to keep track of the different stages of your process. They have never missed something on title (like other companies I have worked with) so you are not left exposed. Do yourself a favor and use them. You will be happy you did!
