I was involved in a bad accident this Christmas Eve and the insurance company was a company i hadn’t heard of, i wanted to be sure I got the best outcome for my claim and that I wasn’t misled. I called this law firm and was assigned Daniel Cutright and Ryan Roger’s as my attorney, the experience so far has been consistent and very attentive. Communication has been consistent as well, I have not heard from my lawyer personally but I know he’s working his cases so the case manager has been doing a good job at keeping up with his clients. They promised to work as hard as they can to provide me with the best outcome, and made this process smoother than expected with the amount of stress accidents come with. I’m looking forward to the end result of my experience with this firm to recommend them to others in the future. So far all is well and I’ll be back to post the end results for those who chose this firm, Thanks again for the diligent help I’ve received from their team so far!

My mother and I got sideswiped by a company pickup truck with a flatbed trailer attached and got slammed into the highway wall back in October 2022. We contacted Godsey Martin and were assured we would get the money we deserved. After a year and a half passed, we are finally getting paid in April 2024. Although we hoped for a faster settlement, we are grateful to finally receive our payment.

These lawyers don't really wanna fight for maximum compensation and open the courtroom doors they talk a good game on commercials but in real life they're just out for themselves and a quick pay day.The don't live up to the hype don't waste your time...!!!!!!!

This was an experience for sure I can say. I would with them since day two after the crash and I am just now receiving payment today. Contacts the crash happened February 27, 2023 today is February 29, 2024 so just about a year for full process. Also just seems like my lawyers because I had to go through multiple with the same company for unknown reasons really didn’t want to fight for what I was asking for in my case and just wanted to really do the bare minimum but I understand they have a lot of customers, but I do wish that the contact was more sincere and genuine. I actually had to complain about the lack there of of contact with my case manager and or lawyer or whoever I was in contact with , that person changed also multiple times so it was kind of all over the place for me and my experience. Will I use you guys again? I really don’t know if I would recommend anyone else either but I am just using this to forewarn you. In the end when I did get the lawyer that helped me the most that would have been Juan Aguirre which his service was five stars but overall I would have to rated what I gave it here today .

I wish I had chosen another law firm, One person would say one thing and another person would say something totally different! I was told my case settled in early January, it’s March and still no settlement. I call but no one returns my calls as I was last told we will call you, this has been a up hill battle and I definitely won’t choose them again!-Revised So and update, Juan jumped into action and was able not not only get me some answers but he was able to get things resolved and fairly quickly. I would have to say he above and beyond to help me and to rectify all of the issues he even kept in constant contact with me while resolving the issues as well. Thanks Juan you’re awesome!
