It's going on TWO YEARS and my case is still lagging. EXTREMELY poor communication, it's utterly impossible to get ahold of anyone dealing with my case. I've been told my assigned lawyer is no longer my lawyer anymore so I have no idea who to even ask for now. No one ever returns calls, emails, nor texts messages. 10/10 don't recommend.

Me and my wife was in a wreck January of 2023 and called Godsey Martin, in the beginning communication was perfect but now it’s been over a year and still no results… my wife settled on her case the beginning on January 2024, and still haven’t received her claim. And the amount isn’t enough to cover medical expenses, bills, or future therapy for the injury, because they took majority of the claim … I, on the other hand, haven’t heard anything about my side of the case and it’s been over a year, they haven’t been answering my phone calls. Just keep getting sent to voicemails, representatives saying they going to email the lawyer to rectify this issue but I’ve still haven’t heard anything and no settlement has came. I was trying to be patient and not only believe in the company, but support a black owned firm but it’s not getting me no where and bills and living expenses piling up.
