There are some improvements I could suggest, especially for certain people. However, the firm did AS promised and made the at-fault driver's insurance pay up. Not just damages, but a claim for my son and another for myself. The MAIN person I want to thank and recognize is Dana Grey (hope I spelled it right)!! This woman here is very thorough, communicative, and diligent!! She definitely knows what she's doing and does is SO professionally!! She is going to fight for that top dollar in the negotiations phase and confirm your satisfaction before accepting it!! Absolutely loved working with her!!
