Been with them since June 2022 worst experience ever. You can never reach your car manager via phone or email. They only call if you stop going to the doctor. They have no concern for you, your health or your well being. They are definitely in it for the money.

I would give a 0 if I could. I have been getting nothing but the run around. I have finished therapy 8 months ago. They do not help with personal property. My case manager is Jasmine Urbieta. Poor communication, Lies after lies. You have to contact them for them to just constantly lie. I was in an accident January 2022. I have complained twice. They call, apologize and feed more lies. They don’t deserve a penny or a percentage for the service they give. Seems like a scam. I had an accident many years ago and that company communicated effectively so I know how this service should work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You will be disappointed. Commercial is a scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. You will need another attorney to represent your pain and suffering from poor customer service. They are not worth it!

Amanda English was both professional, empathetic to my case. I appreciated her kindness while we spoke concerning my condition. She went out of her way to make sure i understood everything which made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Thank you Amanda E.

I wrote a review a few months ago that wasn't favorable. I still feel the same way. This firm and the people that work here do not take of their clients. My accident was 06-21-2022 and I haven't heard from them in two months. I call with no response from any number that I was given. My next step will be filing a complaint. And going to sit in their office. I wouldn't recommend them to my dog!!!!

Case managers never answer,never call back, attorneys do the same. It took over a year for 300 here 200 here 500 here. They kept most of it with their document fees, typing fees, breathing fees. On top of their 33.3%. I will never call them again. I could have done this myself and gotten more money. Fact. I only gave them 2 stars for being a blk owned business otherwise they would have gotten zero.

I signed with Godsey Martin Law Firm. And I am extremely pleased with the care I received from intake rep to my case manager, Miri. Very helpful and reassuring.

Great service they got me more than i was expecting. Will be using them again in the future. Mrs Gray was amazing and all staff help me on the way.

My case manager was Amanda Bell, She genuinely was concerned about me and my injury. I was shock and amazed to see her handle everything with weekly updates and just show her concern towards me and my family. Amanda is the far by the best. And would recommend her to a lot of other’s in help. She deserves more than 5 stars.
