No one calls you back. My accident was Nov 4 2021. I got released by the doctor Feb 2022. They still haven't closed my case or got my check and it's almost Nov 4, 2022. No one does anything on the case until I call. Just slow and terrible customer service

No communication

Lies, Lies Lies!!! Since 2018 till now they never did a thing! They passed my case on to another law firm, that is also seating on my case though the case was settled over a year ago by my own insurance company , I am about to file a complaint with the Texas Bar Association! I cringe when I hear that voice on the advertisement on the radio! Run, Run, Run!!! Don’t buy into it!

Most complaints regarding this law office is regarding their “process time.” My accident occurred approximately 18 months ago. SpAfter completing all my required medical treatment my case was in the finalization process, or so I thought. Since then, I have left back for the military and have finished almost an entire tour. Before leaving I was told they were gathering all the medical bills. I have been gone with the military for almost 7 months so far and still they claim to be gathering the medical bills. How long does it take to gather medical bills? A year? Two? I have worked paralegal, I have worked administrative. There’s a broad line between litigation and negligence. This office has vastly surpassed the negligence threshold. I recently contacted the attorney representing my case and received no answer. Instead an automated message was texted to me stating they are still collecting medical bills. Negligence from an attorney is an unorthodox manner to operate. After they receive the medical bills, I will still have to deal with the negations. Enough is enough. Always remember everyone, there is a Texas Bar association for filing complaints

I got into an accident where someone hit my drivers rear door. The door frame and door were smashed in. Door was able to close still by slamming it but window did not go down. My vehicle was considered a total loss because it “cost more to fix than what the car was worth” (mind you they determined the worth of my vehicle AFTER it was damaged, and my vehicle was in great condition before the accident) and the settlement I received wasn’t even enough to fix the vehicle. Furthermore they did not tell me that I was expected to pay for everything regarding the title being changed to salvage etc. I thought lawyers were supposed to be on my side.

I do not recommend.. HORRIBLE service. I had to remind my case worker after 3 weeks to check in on my insurance claim for my damaged vehicle. Literally the next day I get an email that it was filed so she sat stagnant for 3 weeks. They keep telling me the bare minimum about my case and everytime I check in there has been no progress made.

I know that the process in dealing with an accident of any magnitude is long and tedious process but my team Mr. Dominick Garza and Ms. Dana Ducote are check in on me and keep me informed of how the case is coming along and making sure that I'm doing well.

My experience with this law firm was just awful. My sister referred me to this law firm after I was hit by a drunk driver with full coverage insurance I was bounced around to 4 different agents none were helpful at all, they all had attitudes, the 1st one was a female name Bridget she was okay had an attitude when I called for an update on my case, the 2nd agent was Brandy she was okay but I was quickly assigned to a man who was especially rude can’t remember the name but he was not helpful at all then the last person was Ms Josie now she was very informative but lied to me a lot she finally settled my case after me having to keep calling to find out what was holding my settlement up then they tacked on all kinds of trumped up charges once she sent the final agreement there was no kind ok thank you or anything just fedex my check and bye. I didn’t come out with what I should have after speaking to another law firm but you live and you learn I would never refer anyone to them they were horrible!!!
