COMMUNICATION IS a PROBLEM I will Never Use This company Again

In the beginning I had issues with communication, and I was almost tempted to switch to a different law firm due to 3 different people handling my case without giving me updates or returning my calls. But since Mirian “Miri” Amaya has been on my case, everything has been progressing as it should be. Communication is excellent, and she stays on the job.

I am very dissatisfied with how my case turned out I got hit right before going to have surgery for my tonsils and they shut my case I was on 3 months of bed rest after my surgery smh

Idris was soooo professional! I recommend him to anybody! He was very patient and actually care about what is going on and make sure you are taking care of! Ask for Idris if you can! 5 🌟

I must say, the service and communication of my client service manager “ Sheana McKenzie” has been amazing. She provides me with updates and stay on top of my case. Whenever I’ve called or sent a message she’s always responded back within 24hrs. If you or anyone you know is needing a law firm to represent you, I highly recommend using Godsey Martin Law Firm.

This was the worst experience I have ever had, it is going on 2 months and I still am not going through therapy they keep sending me for MRIs and x-rays and have prolonged my therapy sessions. My car is still not fixed and the insurance company tells me not to contact them and to contact my lawyer. I still cannot get in touch with my lawyer and it is going on 2 months I have left multiple messages and I have even tried to talk to someone else but they are refusing to communicate with me if they were not going to help me I would appreciate someone to communicate with me

THE WORST, Horrible ! Terrible terrible service they are the bottom of the barrel when it comes to communication ! No results whatsoever . I email I leave messages I text and still get NO FEEDBACK FROM them I need a rental car at least so I can get to work and they have made no progress at all leaving me without transportation and barely able to work this is the most miserable experience I have ever endured in my life . When my mother got hit and had lawyers from a different company she got her money from the accident in almost a week why it’s taking these people ages is beyond me i am very very disappointed

Being hit from behind and experiencing a wreck has been very frightening and a first-time experience for myself as well as my child. Amanda English was patient, kind and very understanding. She asked all the appropriate questions as well as relaying important information. She took time to explain the process and what would be next steps. By the end of call, she made sure i understood all the information I received. Thank you for easing my worries!

If I could leave zero stars to write this review I would. I do NOT recommend this law firm at all! My accident was in October of 2021, here it is August of 2022 & I haven’t heard anything from anyone in month. I haven’t even spoken to the attorney that’s over my case once! I call with no answer, I leave multiple voicemails with no call back! The communication is past horrible. The only reason I contacted this firm is because it was suggested by someone who heard their commercial on the radio. Do yourself a favor & get help elsewhere because you won’t get it here.

I’m so glad I called “I just got hit”. Sheana McKenzie took care of all my needs and got me care for my pain. The commercial I’ve heard for years, was right.

The service was poor and I will never recommend you guys to anyone I know, you guys have to do better.
