They do not return phone calls as stated within 24 hrs and my lawyer Jenny Cruz definitely don’t and have left several messages no call yet. So if you asking me if I would refer anyone nope! Been waiting on a referral from them for over 2 weeks

Our accident was on October 2020 and we are barely getting our money this July 2022!! there was 4 people in the car at the time of the accident and only 2 of us have received our checks. The amount of money we received absolutely does not cover the pain and suffering at all! Case took way too long to get settled, we had like 5 different case workers, nobody ever called us to give updates and when we did call it was always difficult to get in touch with anybody. These people only care about getting money they do not care about the client at all.

They are very professional. Easy to talk to regarding your case. Commercial they use in advertising is pretty accurate, however in my case which has been going on since Historic freeze that happened in 2021, still is on going, no payouts or money received back from case, and sometimes case workers go MIA and u may have to call in just to get updates on your case when they should keep you informed. Which is my only complaint so they get 4 stars for me. However if ur ever in an accident I definitely recommend for you to give them a call, ask for Dana tell him I sent you. (Update 9/20/23 I just got an email, I'm informed now). 5 🌟 In another accident in Feb. 2024 & who did I call? I just got hit,and my atty Claudia were on the case. With great customer service & fast response time, Godsey n Martin is the law firm to call. Tell them I sent u.(4/5/24).

Best Lawyers to have. Sheana McKenzie response time is impeccable, If I have concerns she follow up with me in regards to my concerns the same day. If I have a difficult time understanding something or the other parties are not responding to me she gets right on it. This Law Firm treats you like family not a client and I’m so blessed and appreciative to have them. Thank You Sheana McKenzie and Godsey Martin.

If I would have read these reviews before I would have never hired this law firm. Their commercial speaks of procrastinating and everybody that works at that firm is procrastinators. I spoke with Steve "a lawyer" whom is supposedly the lawyer handling my case on June the 22nd. Steve stated they are waiting on my medical bills which seems to be the statement giving to everyone. Steve stated he would look further into where I was in the process and have Selena call me on Friday with more details. Here it is Wednesday, July 13, 2022 three Fridays has past and no one has called me. This is sad and ridiculous, it straight up poor business and horrible nightmare. I called today to speak with Scott the receptionist said let me see if he is available. She comes back on the line and state he is out for the rest of the week and want be back until Monday do you want to leave him a message. Mind you it is 11:49 am you didn't know he was out. I'm no lawyer but I know when someone is running from work. I'm not looking for their business they looking for mine it is time to take my business elsewhere. My recommendation is find yourself another law firm, I know I'm looking for another law firm to take my case. The worst experience I have ever had in my life.

Okay.. okay so I was involved in a rollover accident on hwy 90 two exits away from entering Stafford going back to where I had just left from to grab something I forgot the date of the accident just so happened to happen at 7:00 a.m. on the day of my birthday June 6th 2021 how was preparing to take my exit and a Cadillac SUV driven by an elderly gentleman which also the SUV was brand new hit me on the passenger side trying to get into my lane very suddenly with no indicator or anything I never saw him come even close to me one second I'm driving everything's cool in the next thing I know I'm flipping all over highway 90 like a Skittle that fell out your hand and bounces all over the floor later on that night after being discharged from the ER I contacted godsey Martin law firm through the hole process my caseworker changed a few times but the last case worker assigned to my case Miss Brandy .P. responded to me every time I reached out to her she would reach out to me once she knew something new about my case also she was fantastic her and my attorney Mr Juan . A. Both helped me out multiple times during the year long process of my case I was out of work for the whole year almost due to recovering and going to the treatment centers where they sent me to help me recover from my injuries I had to wear a neck brace for a little over 3 months I had fractured ribs both of my injuries my neck in my ribs were so close to being really bad breaks so even though it was only a year the whole process ever since the accident felt like a lifetime them too and everyone else who worked on my case are amazing without their help in this last year I don't know where I would be right now if I didn't have their assistance and kindness everything above and beyond and making sure that I was okay and not on the streets due to the accident I had no money due to a fall out with my best friend I had nowhere to live after a while and they helped me every time I ask without them again I don't know where I would be and I am so so grateful for them and God see Martin law firm they were wonderful and I recommend them to anyone who is seeking a personal injury attorney if you guys read this long review again thank you guys so very much in my most difficult time of my life you guys really make people feel like family and I wish I could repay y'all for everything y'all have done for me and helping me throughout my settlement process I'm an English review here and again you guys were awesome thank you so much and May the Lord bless y'all and you guys take care I appreciate everything y'all did for me but I hope I never need your assistance again LOL 🙂🖤

Idk where to start, let's just say WHENEVER I call / email/ text; their team assigned to me ALWAYSSS responds. Longest I've waited for an response was probably 1week, & I understand clearly that I'm not the only client they're dealing with, amongst other Unforeseeable Life circumstances. The fact is they always COMMUNICATE with me. I'm grateful for y'all unprecedented professional services. Not to take away ANY accolades from the rest of the firm but, initially wanted to give 4 1/2 stars because I miss CiCi Espinoza a lot!! During the COVID19 kickoff, she'd be wrangling kids in the background , sending emails, listening to me vent about chronic pain & car accident inconvenience yet she remained Professional & reassuring. She was the first to get my case going! Can't forget the other Team / Champions; Pam, Amanda B. Krenacia W, Ebony, Juan Aguirre, Nick C.(shears?), ...so I'll have to come back & update this post. From start to finish ALOT of the team @GMLF have been phenomenal & I personally wish to recognize them Alll!!! Justin & Godsey should be as proud of y'all as Parents are when their child takes it's first step or other milestones in life.
