Awesome people for helping the community

This was the worst mistake I ever made. Go with a smaller law firm. These people do not care about you or your case, they do not communicate with you at all. They literally do everything through third party services. DO NOT GO WITH THIS LAWFIRM

I recommend my fiancé to them and her lawyer and caseworker has been switched multiple times and they not answering replying or anything. This been going on almost a year and she was told her case was in packaging stage and haven’t talked to or returned any of her calls,emails or texts since. It’s frustrating cause the person she was with whole case been settled and close but blowing my fiancé off. This is uncalled for and very unprofessional. I’m never recommending anyone to this company again. Sincerely a very unhappy partner of a client

DJ Garza is the face of Godsey Martin. He represents the company exceptionally well. Like some of the reviews I to was losing hope. He changed my mind about the firm. He genuinely cares about you and what you've been through. He doesn't treat you like a number but as a client. I am forever grateful for the help he has given.

Still have two open cases with them. Zero communication with the case managers I have to constantly reach out to them for updates on my case. Seems like no one cares about your personal property damage only personal injury..which is fine because they’re “personal injury lawyers” I guess. But you would think your lawyers would try to give you some kind of comfort. I wish I had a better experience. I hope this review helps

I am beyond excited with my experience at I Just Got Hit. I was turned down by another law firm saying that my case was not worth enough. I listened to the radio and heard their advertisement and decided to give them a call. They were helpful every step of the way and did not turn me down. Huge shoutout to my attorney and Ms. Itzleth Najera for keeping me posted every step of the way until my case was settled. I holy recommend them!!

My intake with Amanda English was very informative. She answered all of my questions about the process that I would be entering with the firm and was kind.

It's been 5 years and I'm still waiting for my case to be closed and that's with me providing video evidence of the other driver being at fault. Everyone is shifting the buck and it's pitiful. Don't buy into the commercials, or just because it's a black owned business because at the end of the day good business and practices speak for itself.

If you use this company to represent you in one of the most vulnerable times, you won't just have gotten hit (the accident) , you'll get railroaded as well. Worst experience ever. Would give zero stars if I could.

Like so many others...If could leave zero stars i would. This place is horrible, lack of information coming from this office is my 1st complaint. 2nd is the lack of caring from the Atty and the many settlement people we had to work with on this SIMPLE accident. 3rd they work with a BS medical service who sole purpose I feel is to just run up medical costs for billings services. Then it took over 1 year to settle the claims which was truly amazing.. gawd forbid if the claim actually was major.... Everytime i hear that annoying commercial I tell every one in ear shot not to go there. Needless to say I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I appreciate all they have done for me. They worked hard to get the best outcome for my case. The Houston team is very friendly and managed well. The office manager was great and made sure I was well taken care of and was there anytime I called. Thanks Juan for handling all my issues I had . Thanks Godsey Martin and team 💪🏾💪🏾
