I was extremely pleased working with the Weeks Law Firm on my estate planning. Jennifer Finch handled all of the legal details and was great to work with. She initially sat down with me and carefully reviewed my specific situation, desires, etc. and answered numerous questions I had. She then prepared all of the relevant documents and reviewed each of them with me, carefully explaining each of the documents. The final documents were then prepared and were signed. Daniela Nevarez was excellnt in corrdinating with me the various meetings I had with Jennifer (both in person and via Zoom). Overall, I couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism, level of service, and friendly and welcoming attitude of everyone I came into contact with at the Weeks Law Firm.

I was arrested for a DWI. My daughter, a law student at the time, did research on my behalf and came across the Wilder Law Firm. She felt it was a good fit for what I needed so I went with it. Everyone was understanding and supportive from the start. It was professional, yet I was shown tremendous compassion. My questions and concerns were addressed immediately, and I felt at ease even though it was an extremely difficult time. The team was able to plea my case down to where eventually it will have the option to be hidden from any future background checks. This has provided me relief and a second chance after a very trying time. The firm was very responsive to my questions in which I had many. The support staff returned all my phone calls sometimes before I finished leaving a message!

After recently being arrested for a DWI and Unlawful Carry, I interviewed the Wilder Law Firm. They were the most informative as well as most organized with how you showed you attacked cases like mine. It gave me a lot of comfort and confidence in their process. During this interview they gave me homework to do to be sure I got the best possible results and explained everything to the fullest (because I had 1.7 million questions) and were sure that I knew what to expect moving forward. They got me the best possible outcome. Not only did the unlawful carry charge get dropped which was my number 1 concern, but I did NOT have to get an interlock device on my car which was concern number 2. On top of that, I only received 9 months of deferred probation with 30 hours of community service. I was able to knock all 30 hours out in 7.5 hours because of a 2 for 1 hour deal and a donation to the food bank. I wouldn’t have had the community service at all if I would have completed the homework, they advised I do! This has greatly reduced the stress and anxiety I was having about all of this. I hadn’t ever been in trouble aside from speeding tickets, so I had no idea what to expect. You guys did above and beyond what I could’ve thought was possible to reduce the consequences. This was a massive weight off my chest and has greatly helped me face such a stupid mistake. I seriously cannot thank you guys enough! I don’t know if y’all truly understand the positive impact you guys have made on my life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I had been in a car accident and needed representation. I did some thorough research and it seemed like Doug truly cared to help people going through tough times. The situation all the way around has been eye-opening, but I have been impressed with the representation and level of professionalism that I received. I want to thank Doug and his team for all their hard work! They were able to get my charge dropped to Deferred Probation, so I would not get a conviction.
