I had a pending DWI charge. I choose Wilder law Firm based off a referral from a family member. After meeting with Doug, he addressed all of my concerns, fears, and worries in a manner that resonated well with me. His firm was able to make it so my original Class A Misdemeanor DWI that was not eligible for deferred adjudication was pled down to a Class B DWI with 12-month probation deferred adjudication. As the result of the work of the Wilder Law Firm did, I will never be convicted of this DWI after finishing my probation. This has impacted my life because I have been suspended without pay from my job since my arrest, and had lost one of my professional licenses, and now I am eligible for review for my license and will receive my professional license back. I am so glad that I found Doug to represent me in my DWI case. I was going through a rough patch and ended up getting 3 offenses within 3 years. Doug Wilder was able to get a family member out of a DWI by getting the charge significantly reduced and this person never had to go to court. Little did I know that I'd also one day desperately need his services. I was falsely accused of domestic violence while going through a divorce and an ex-parte order was filed against me without my knowledge. Mr. Wilder handled my sons DWI case. I was confused worried and knew i needed to hire someone with experience. You see it was his second DWI, and that just made it worse! I didn't know if I made the right choice! kept asking myself will he be the one that will represent my son and avoid jail time !!!
