I am so grateful for Kate Soulsby and her Staff. Their passion, dedication, and professionalism are unmatched. I appreciate the amazing legal work you did concerning the adoption of my two Granddaughters. My son in law raised them and he and my daughter trusted you with their adoption case and the results are outstanding! Our family is elated that it is final and we are forever thankful! Kate and her team have spent several years patently working with me. I’m definitely not the easiest client but I could not have asked for a better group to work with nor a better outcome for my case.

This woman wrote up custody agreement papers for my children and didn't even get my son's date of birth right and my children were to have visits with me which I never received as promised, and my parents completely screwed me over and she helped them do it and because I didn't have enough money for my own family lawyer I had to comply with all the menial stipulations that she so kindly placed in my parents heads. My parents have since realized what she was doing but if you're looking for a family court lawyer and it's about rights to your kids, make sure you have your own legal representation. I didn't get my visitation with my kids for an entire decade because of this woman when I complied with every single one of the stipulations made or offered up by her. Ridiculous! Do you really care about children or your retainer fee? What a joke.

Divorce is always a challenging time, spouses are emotionally charged and the corresponding fear of the unknown is continuous. Initially, I was filled with anxiety and uncertainty, as I was dealing with a volatile ex and continuous requests. Kate and her amazing sidekick June were professional, timely and courteous; helping mitigate all that anxiety. She understood the dynamics of my situation and was able to find the path of least resistance to help me attain what I valued most; my children. Kimberly is that girl. I’ve had a lengthy order modification that my ex husband served me with almost two years ago. I’m pretty sure I’ve cried on the phone ATLEAST ten times but every issue that arose, Kimberly handled. She was thorough and looked out for my best interest when dealing with opposing counsel on multiple occasions, while also trying to be as cost efficient and timely as possible. She’s smart, well versed in San Antonio law and she won’t hesitate to tell you what she thinks will work and what won’t. As miserable as the experience has been, I never felt like it was spiraling out of control thanks to Kimberly.

Where do I begin? This has been a long and stressful journey. But every step of the way Kate and her team guided me, helped me understand, kept me in the loop on things, made sure I had everything prepared and ready. I just can't thank Ms. Soulsby and her staff enough! They took on an extra issue that wasn't even their responsibility, which that responsibility was for opposing counsel, but yet Ms. Soulsby and her staff still stepped in and helped me figure it all out. As for Ms. Kimberly, she was amazing! Kept me in the loop with everything and never made me feel a type of way. She was super attentive and compassionate. Everyone was. I even referred my cousin Nathanial who was very pleasure with them as well. I highly recommend Ms. Kate Soulsby law firm. My divorce case was started by another firm which got me the Primary custodian for my daughter. Unfortunately, I had to change due to personal issues. Hired Mr. Garza and right off the bat his communication and lack of commitment to my case were apparent. This was in June of 2018 and the case continued until November 29, 2021, when his skill as a lawyer caused the judge to give Primary back to my "Still" Wife who has mental issues. Today because I asked him to provide me with an update to the final decree, SEVEN MONTHS in the making, he notified me that he is Withdrawing from my case! Totally Unprofessional and I do not recommend him for anything!

Incredible Law Office. Kate's Law Office has been a major part of our Family for 8 years and she and her Staff have been True Blessings. The integrity level is excellent as well as the work ethic. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
