Everyone at different times in their lives experience life changing events. I found myself on a roller coaster ride for over the past 3 years. I left a career in banking of over 33 years, started my own Professional Life Coaching business, became a grandmother and sadly lost my father. i received Robert's contact information from a family friend who raved about him. I had some questions about drafting an estate plan. I called Robert and made an appointment. When I met with him, he answered all my questions and was so pleasant. His rates were very reasonable. I ended up putting my estate plan on hold because I found out that my job could be relocated to another state. When I called Robert to tell him that, he could not have been nicer. I offered to pay him for all the time he took with me (about 90 minutes) but he refused to charge me. I couldn't believe it. Robert is a wonderful and caring attorney! If my relocation plans change, I'll definitely go back to him.

We hired Bill after interviewing 4 attorneys in town. We found Bill to be the most competent, compassionate, understanding and efficient. In addition to being an excellent estate counsel, he's also an excellent accountant and this combination is crucial for proper estate counsel. My siblings, myself and - above all, my mom - are very fortunate to have found Bill McQueen. Though attorneys are, in my mind, one of those professionals one wants direct word-of-mouth referral to, Bill was referred to me through quite a circuitous route; and I could not have been sent to anyone better. My family needed to re-do virtually all of my mother's legal documents, do substantial work on her finances, and apply for VA A&A, as my mother's health declined, and we had to move her into assisted living. Not only did Bill do an absolutely amazing job with all of this with incredible expertise and efficiency, he also was extremely responsive at every (and I mean EVERY) turn. Not a question, need, suddenly-pressing deadline, or otherwise came up that Bill did not jump on it - and with remarkable thoroughness. Bill has known what to do, how to do it, and where nuances have been necessary in each and every step of this 18-month journey. I feel so much more comfortable with my mother's legal documents and legal work overall, and - beyond that - following all the time and effort Bill and I put into applying for VA A&A for my mom, the benefits were awarded - saving my family more than $12,000 a year in paying for my mom's care. My case didn't look too great after the state picked it up and wanted to prosecute as a felony. I knew it was time to find an acceptional Attourney with a winning attitude. Someone that doesn't like to lose just as much as me. I made the call. Mr. Hamilton's receptionist took down my information and within a short amount of time I was speaking to Paul about my case. He never made any promises or told me we would get it dismissed. He did listen to me and understood my position. I was told clearly what I could expect at worse.
The court date arrives. They gave an offer, which Mr. Hamilton politely declined. I left with intentions of trial.
3 hours later I received a call and he told me my case was dismissed and to come handle the paperwork.
With all of this being said, your attorney is only as good as your expectations. I would recommend Paul Hamilton to anyone seeking legal advice/council.

Paul brought me down from numerous felonies to just one. If you EVER, have any sort of legal issues at all, Paul Hamilton out of Nashville is who you need to call. I cant even begin to explain what a terrible situation I was in.. and for him to be able to pull off the deal he did says he is a hell of a lawyer. As bad of a situation I was in, and the charges I faced (which were not minor charges).. for him to be able to bring it down to what he did is absolutely amazing. Even with a DUI, I did not lose my license.. Not only did he save my future career, but he ensured that one single mistake did not ruin my life and turn my kids lives upside down. He stays dedicated to the case and truly cares for his clients. He will listen to what you need and he will go above and beyond to make it happen. You cannot go wrong with this attorney. After living a largely lawyer-free life, my wife and I found ourselves looking for legal services as we tried to manage estate details that my wife faced as the executor of her mother’s will. Living in Holliston, we gave Jennifer a call and explained our situation. Ken, who works with Jennifer, guided us through probate court procedures and helped my wife settle the estate with her siblings. This experience got us thinking of our own estate planning (we had none at the time), so we asked Jennifer to help us put our wills together and establish a trust for our assets. Despite the coincidental onset of the pandemic, we were able to conduct meetings over Zoom with Jennifer, who patiently explained to us and helped us address health care proxies, powers of attorney, powers of attorney for tax matters, life trusts, income trusts, last wills, and memorial arrangements—topics about which we had only limited knowledge. Throughout the process, Jennifer provided clear guidance so that our own estate plan now suits our needs. As a result of our experience, we have gladly retained Jennifer as our lawyer, and when we recently met to follow up on some details of our trust, making sure that everything is in place, Jennifer found a few little things to address and is helping us explore a tax rebate for our newly installed septic system. Knowing we have such an advocate certainly gives us peace of mind.

Attorney Lucy Budman set up my parent's Will and Trust years ago and when it came time to unfortunately put my dad into a nursing home Lucy and her team were there to essentially do all the hard work. I originally met Lucy Budman when my mother set up her Irrevocable Trust almost 5 years ago. I had agreed to act as the Trustee for my mom's Irrevocable Trust, and Lucy was extremely helpful to both of us while we did all the legal paperwork . Later on, Mom met with her for changes to her will, and various financial issues that came up. Lucy Budman is very personable , knowledgeable , patient, and explains all the details thoroughly , always answering whatever questions come to mind. After my mother passed away last year, Lucy was always there for us, answering all our questions, our annoying phone calls, and addressing all our needs. We've almost finished all of our distributions , taxes, and house deed changes, now we're moving on to our Will. As she has been for the last 5 years, Lucy Budman is still there for us. Could not ask for a more competent attorney ! Highly recommend !

My husband and I had had individual estate planning documents (Wills, Powers of Attorney, Advanced Medical Directives) drawn up during a period when we lived out-of-state. When returning to CT, it was high on our priority list to identify an attorney with the right expertise to assess the adequacy of what was in place and develop whatever changes/additions necessary to conform with CT statues and be as prepared as possible for Probate.
For us, not only were we seeking an individual with extensive experience, but we also felt the need for a personal connection; an attorney who could inform, explain and make recommendations in "laymen's terms" and give us the confidence that everything that we needed for our particular circumstances would be prepared promptly and for a reasonable fee. Staff personality was also important.
Not to be cliche, but Gerald Shea and his team "checked all the boxes." Two weeks from the time of our initial (free) consultation, we had fully executed, complete documents in our hands. During this process, we learned that our prior Wills were deficient, lacking the details that would have distributed our estate to the appropriate heirs according to our wishes as a blended family.
What peace of mind this has brought! We also know that Gerry is there for us for any future questions we may have and/or if there are legal changes that require updating.

I know Alan from around the community. I needed a trust attorney and met with him. Because of the pandemic, we had to meet virtually using zoom. He was very accommodating. He was able to answer all our questions. Once our questions were answered, we submitted the paperwork. Alan completed our trust docs timely. Once it was completed Alan met with us at our home to sign the documents. He also answered other legal questions outside the trust matter. I will recommend Alan for all your needs.

We hired Mr. Geraci 4 years ago for work. He was fair, always helpful, very professional and especially knowledgable. It was a difficult time for us and he was very supportive and positive. Many times he gave encouragement analagies that things would get better and they did. We share some of those positive thoughts with others to this day, who need encouragement.
Mr Geraci clearly understands his practice, the law and clearly how to best use them in his field for his clients interest. Four years later, we had to recontact him for copies of some paperwork and immediately he responded he would have it to us within 48 hours! It may be hard to find a great attorney, that is kind, that knows his field and offers superior customer service. Yes, it may be hard, but that's because you have not met Mr, Geraci. :-)

So many options but happy I took my accident case to Accident Pros LLP…i really appreciated how fast they got my car in to the shop for repairs. My situation I think is different as I was being blamed for the accident when it wasn’t my fault. People are so crazy the other person even got a lawyer to represent him even though HE CAUSED THE ACCIDENT. This world is backwards. I was scared at first, but have no fear cuz these guys handled it and had my back. We won! His lawyer chickened out and he ended up being held responsible. I don’t think I could have such dedicated lawyers like I did with these guys. GREAT service.

My wife and I hired Amy to update our will, and create a small trust for our children. She was very thorough in her questioning during the process, and helped us identify some concerns that we need to address through the will. She was very helpful, and willing to work with us to develop the documents including the will and trust, and we were able to complete all of the work on budget.
I also asked Amy to review an overly complex employee stock ownership agreement from my employer. She was extremely thorough, and in fact identified a key factor in this agreement that impacted my will. I could tell she worked very hard on this, and was very complete in her summary report.
