As an attorney, I probably could have written my own will, but I wanted it done properly. Her will preparation process was detailed and straightforward. Jaclyn Nayar! I don't even know where to begin. She was my lifesaver during a very dark time in my life. Besides being professional and getting the job done to my satisfaction, Jackie is a kind, caring, and compassionate person. When I hired Jackie I was ready to give up. My husband left me with no warning. 3 weeks after that I tragically lost my sister. 2 months after that I was served with divorce papers. I consulted with a couple of attorneys that were just not the right person for my case. One of them had me in tears by the time we hung up from our phone consultation. I contacted him because he is a partner at the law firm my parents hired for my sister's death. He made me feel like an idiot for asking the questions I asked. He practically hung up on me. It was like this little divorce case wasn't worth the time. I decided to go through the divorce on my own without an attorney. After suffering 2 major losses, my mind was not in a good place to try to navigate the legal system. When I was at my wits end, a friend referred me to Jackie and to this day I have such gratitude for that friend. I only spoke with Jackie on the phone once and felt a big weight lifted off my shoulders. She listened to my story, was very understanding, and gave me advice. She didn't make me feel stupid for any questions I asked. She actually made me feel that I had valid questions. Needless to say, after that phone conversation I hired Jackie. She literally held my hand through the whole divorce process and made it as easy as possible for me. I've dealt with attorneys before in my life for various reasons. Jackie is the first one I've ever dealt with that is professional and good at what she does, but she also has a heart! With Jackie you don't feel like it's about the money. Extremely satisfied with service from Mr Harrison. We had a confusing series of deed changes for land that had not been probated for several transfers. Mr Harrison's experience in Real Estate law allowed him to guide our local Probate officials through a lesser used section of the Ohio Real Estate law to make this property end up with the proper owner with no problems. I felt valued as a person (not just $$$) by everyone in this office. Jason understood my concerns, my emotional roller-coaster, and my lack of legal understanding, and offered sound advice and guidance as he accompanied me through the process.
It's a shame that my parents hadn't been referred to this office for competent estate planning services prior to their passing. Lacking an understanding of the implications of a vague trust agreement, my parents (may they rest in peace) could not have foreseen the exploitation of their assets by their poor choice of a successor trustee. Jon came highly recommended to our family. We had no knowledge of what Estate Planning involved. Our first meeting with Jon was nothing but informative. He took as long as we needed to explain in great detail everything we needed to know to make our decision on doing an Estate Plan. There was no pressure to sign up with his firm simply honest answers to our questions. Even as the office was closing for the day Jon stayed focused on our needs. As we left that first meeting we were confident that Jon was honest and sincere.
We were provided packages to bring home to review at our own leisure and told to get back to him if we had any further questions. There were no daily calls to see if we were ready to sign a contract. It was totally our decision at our time. It didn't take us long to commit.
We sent in some information and at our next meeting there was Jon with a 90% product ready to brief us. Documents were ready for our signatures and a notary was standing by to finalize the paperwork. Then we threw Jon a curveball. We have a family member with a possible life threatening health issue. Without hesitation Jon began to explain several options for addressing this within our Estate Plan. Again this was totally our choice on how to proceed. No issue we presented was a challenge to Jon. His 20+ years of experience was a true blessing. What we believed were insurmountable problems Jon seemed to have either dealt with before or knew a way to overcome them.
Every meeting we had dealing with our Estate Plan and Family Trust Jon was present for. There was no passing the buck to someone else within the firm. There may have been one time Jon wasn't available when we tried to set up a meeting and we were asked to reschedule because he insisted on being present.
There are few people in this world that we would trust with our lives and even fewer that we would trust with our plans after we die. Jon McCarty has proven he is that man.

Dan was referred to us by our accountant for our corporation. He came out to our business and went over everything we were interested in doing.
