I have a lot of beef with how my account was handled by MLCs client leading up to it being referred so I can’t bring myself to leave 5 stars. I’ll leave 5 stars for Kelsey though! She was amazing to work with, very sympathetic to my frustrations and gave me all the information I requested!

I would give them a zero star review if I could. I spoke with two customer service representatives (one was Casey) who were incredibly dehumanizing, demeaning, and spoke to me pejoratively. They were entirely unhelpful and both told me they were “not willing” to help me out in any way. Awful humans with no empathy. Note to customers — you CAN call the original people who submitted your bill to MLC. Call and work with them to get payments set up, they will be much kinder.

I had an excellent experience today with Danielle at Mountain Land collections. She listened ,she understood what I was saying, and she gave me the information I needed in order to remedy the situation. She also gave me some time to investigate why my bill was sent to collections. She was super sweet and funny it made the whole experience a lot easier. So thank you Danielle

I’m done paying for yall.. I literally can’t afford to pay off my medical bills but you guys clearly don’t care and I’m not going to keep paying it if I don’t have anything at the moment and I did mention before that right now I’m struggling to even pay the bills.

Casey is so rude. She would tell me nothing about the bill and was reading the script meanly and unprofessionally. She sent on to tell me any information about the bill, but she was fine to take my money. She is very condescending and could care less about anyone. We knew nothing about this bill and she was so overly rude and just plain mean.
